I've been using Major limo for at least five years now. Major has always been courteous and on time. I have always been able to rely on him. For one trip I was headed on vacation flying from SFO. When I got to SFO to check in I saw an 8 year old me staring back at me on my passport. I had grabbed the wrong one. We called Major and he came back to SFO, drove us back to Pleasanton to pick up my correct passport and then back to SFO just in time to make the flight. We were a family of four going on a month-long trip with 8 large bags plus we each had 2 larger sized carry-ons and a stroller. Major was on time when picking us up to head to SFO and very courteous and helpful. On our return, I booked him again. Our international flight was 2 hours delayed so we arrived much later, but the delay didn't phase him; we just communicated with one another. He was still very courteous and helpful.
