I called for a Saturday emergency service to clear a backed up downstairs shower drain. After a failed snaking attempt the technician Jesse used his dydro jet to clear the drain. Unfortunately for me, upon running his camera it was discovered the main sewer pipe out was failing. The job was going to be much larger than just clearing out a clogged drain. While not an ideal situation the technician Jesse was friendly, prompt and communicated along every step of the way. I only wish I would have called sooner as another company came out a month before, but didn't run camera afterward. Jesse was clear to tell me that anytime the line is clogged like that, a camera should be ran to determine what clogged it. Well my lesson was learned and in the future I will only be calling Jesse and Make It Drain. read more

Marc and Ean to the rescue again! We reached out yesterday with a backed up kitchen sink and they were at the house in less than an hour to diagnose the problem. Today they returned to hydrojet (gently, since the pipes are old). You know when something in your plumbing goes wonky and you get that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach because you KNOW this is going to suck both your time and your wallet dry? This is not that kind of company. We initially hired Make It Drain because we had some water getting backed up in the sink, which turned into replacing all of our horizontal pipes under the house. Work was phenomenal, price was more than fair, and Ean and his team were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Note, he showed us the pipes and they were beyond corroded, all work was transparent. More recently, we had a bathroom leak that turned into a total gut, again Ean and co jumped to work and not only did excellent work again, but also worked around our remodel schedule, regularly followed up to see where we were on the job, and didn't send us the invoice until work was completed, which is above and beyond. I was able to get a next day appointment (it was not an urgent issue), and the owner/operator came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was really nice and super-informative. He also discovered and showed me on camera what ultimately caused the clog, which was a poor plumbing job by the previous owner who had put in a sewer line for an ADU. Excellent service! Had a sudden leak from the water heater that was detected around 9pm. Contacted "Make it Drain" and received an immediate response. Appointment was set as early as 7am the following day. Lo and behold, precisely at 7am Marc and Ian rang my doorbell. A quick inspection revealed that the water heater must be replaced. They U-turned the water supply from the heater so my house could have water until the guys came back with a brand new heater. Important to mention that this was on MLK day, so most shops were closed and supplies were not readily available. Despite this fact, the guys were back at 2pm with a brand new heater and finished the whole replacement procedure within just couple of hours. Pricing was just right too. Nevertheless to mention that Ian was kind enough to fix my leaky toilet bidet too and, he charged nothing additional for it. Impressed. I am most grateful for this very professional and very quick service. This is by far the most reliable plumbing company I have ever worked with. Some years ago I had a closed kitchen drain. I found Make it Drain Plumbing online. Ean came and tried to rooter it but it wouldn't work. He told me that the stoppage is under my kitchen floor and we might need to open up the floor under my island to get to the pipe. He said he would try it one more time before giving up. For the next 5 hours he worked very intensely on it. Finally he managed to clear it. He was completely covered in dirt and water from using the hydro jet. He did not change the price he originally quoted me to do the work. A couple years later Ean and Marc came to my house because. I had water coming through my ceiling from a leaky toilet. They determined that the beams the toilet is screwed on were damaged and they couldn't do anything until that would be fixed. I wasn't charged anything because they couldn't help me. This year I had a problem with my a/c not draining properly. I called again the number I found online but what a disappointment. I was charged quite a high price to have it fixed and I did not recognize the technician either. I was very disappointed. It turned out that there is another company using the same name just having "Plumbing & Rooter" after their name instead of just Make it Drain "Plumbing". I am so happy that I found them again and now saved their number. This time Marc from Make it Drain Plumbing helped me with another drain stoppage at a reasonable price. read more
