I wasn't initially going to leave this review because I figured whatever I'll just let it go, but after consideration I decided it all needed to be said. I booked Adrienn & Team for my wedding- I initially booked in 2019 for my 2020 wedding and my wedding was postponed to 2021. I booked based solely on reviews which I knew was a risk, but her before and after photos looked beautiful and her reviews were wonderful so I decided to take the risk. Adrienn wouldn't let me book my preview when I booked because she insisted that I be closer to the wedding day (things change, body type, skin texture etc). Ok whatever. In 2021 she initially marked up prices from my previous contract because market prices went up. When I questioned this she honored previously negotiated prices ($5/less per service). Then I went to book my preview and was told It was $90 for each service and a $25/ travel fee (which I hadn't expected to pay for.) She accommodated letting me go to a salon for services to waive the travel fee. After my preview I contacted Adrienn with my disappointment. I am no rookie to makeup so I figured paying a professional would accomplish the look I was going for. I had Kourtney for hair and Paloma for makeup, and while both looks were ok they weren't what I was trying to achieve. My hair fell out by the time I got home and my makeup didn't cover any of my skin imperfections. By the time I got to my car I was crying and contacted Adrienn for a redo. She said she could schedule one with another artist but again I would need to pay full price. I explained my frustration (booking when she wouldn't let me schedule the preview, I already paid and still have to cover bridal hair/makeup day of which costs even more) and she let me book with another makeup artist Becky for a little less but sure she still has to compensate the artist. Understandable. Didn't redo my hair trial because no one was available and I figured it would be fine if I just told Kourtney day of. Becky was great. Adrienn did follow up afterward to make sure it was ok. On wedding day I had 3 stylists: Paloma, Kourtney and Becky. Paloma did not greet me (I'm the bride, I guess maybe she was upset my makeup trial with her wasn't what I wanted?). Kourtney did my hair, and while it was pretty it still just wasn't what I wanted it to look like so I just said let's just leave it down and curled. She let it down, recurled it a bit & said ok done- let the curls stay tight while I finish makeup and she finished everyone else's services. She then came over to me and curled one more piece I asked her to flip directions on and left. Both Kourtney and Paloma left as soon as everyone finished, I had my mom hand them thank you envelopes with tip money and they were gone. I ended up having to re curl my hair, Becky stayed late & made sure I was ok... the issue is this: I paid good money for bridal hair that I ended up fixing myself and the whole experience was the most stressful part of the entire wedding. I should've just done it myself but I wanted to make sure everyone felt beautiful and it's my wedding day- I wanted to feel like I had services done professionally. I just feel as a bride, before you book I thought you should hear an honest review. They did a great job on my bridesmaids and moms and everyone looked beautiful, but the way I was treated as a bride just felt like, well we have plenty of other people who'd book us so whatever. read more

I was looking for a natural, long-lasting look for my bridal makeup and Adrienn really has this style down! I looked like a more glamorous version of myself and the makeup looked amazing in photos ALL DAY. Adrienn was prompt, responsive, and very friendly! I found Adrienn on Yelp. I needed someone who would make my mom and mother-in-law look more pretty. I talked to her beforehand and told her what I think they should look like for the wedding. I left the house early in the morning for my make up and got to see my mom and mother-in-law at the country club. They looked very pretty and natural. My mom usually gets professional makeup for big parties and weddings, but Adrienn makeup and hair was the best by far. The makeup and hair stayed the same until the end of the wedding. In general I've got darker skin, but I have a lighter skin tone on my face and neck than the rest of me for some reason.
