The spa is private; the only people in the entire space are you + the amazing esthetician, Heather. The lobby space is beautiful, green, and inviting. They only use Organic to Green brand products which have very clean ingredients (a huge plus for sensitive skin)! Upon arrival, Heather explained the treatments and we started with body dry brushing + coco oil body treatment. Then, she gave me a scalp scrub + hair mask. This process was probably around 20-25 minutes. Then, I was given one hour total to enjoy the private lounge, infrared sauna (set to 133 degrees F) and steam shower. I spent 25 minutes in the sauna before taking a cold shower using their products, including a lovely body scrub. I also ate a few complementary snacks (mini KIND bars and fruit bars). After that, we concluded with their Signature Facial (~60 minutes) that included steam, aromatherapy, extractions, microdermabrasion, face mask, and much more. All throughout, Heather was very kind and answered all my skincare questions. Would absolutely recommend. I look forward to coming back! Not to mention, the price is really good if you buy the Groupon for the Bungalow Experience. For a total of $160 (Groupon was about $85 with the summer promotion, plus a $75 tip based on the full treatment price), I had 2.5 hours of pure relaxation. When my primary aesthetician wasn't available, this was a place I trusted and would come to as a backup. I booked a facial here recently specifically because I had an inflamed pimple on my chin that I was hoping could be treated before an important event. I drove about 40 minutes and paid $150 for the service. The aesthetician was very kind and professional, but the service itself did not meet expectations. There was no steam or warm compress used, the towels were cool, and no meaningful extractions were performed. The only area that seemed to be addressed was some oil around my nose. The primary concern I came in for was not treated or discussed, and I left with the same inflamed lesion I arrived with. I completely understand that not all breakouts are appropriate for extraction, but this was never communicated during the service. I followed up directly and through customer service. While they were responsive, I was told a refund was not possible and was instead offered a discount on a future service or a complimentary 30-minute facial. Unfortunately, that does not address the outcome of the original service. I was also told that an email had been sent to me, which I never received (including checking my spam folder), which added to the frustration. This experience unfortunately changed my perception of a place I used to trust, and I don't see myself returning. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

I explained that I could only afford around $500, and I was considering a selection of products within that range. However, when I asked whether one item, specifically an SPF, was necessary, the tone shifted. I was told there was no point in continuing to go over products if I was not going to purchase anything and that we "were not a good fit," to which I agree, but not because I asked questions or was unwilling to buy. As a result, I chose not to purchase anything and canceled the next appointment. I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. As a young client still in college, I would have expected a more understanding and respectful approach rather than pressure. Overall, the lack of professionalism made this an uncomfortable experience.
