This is such a great place to get your lashes done! I moved to Sac and have not found a place that is reasonably priced as Lee Mee. So I will continue to drive from Sac to get my lashes done. They are very fast too. I've received so many compliments on my lashes. Most of the places I found in Sac will charge at least double what they charge. I've been getting my lashes done since 2012 and this is my favorite spot I've been to. Mostly because of the price which is extremely reasonable and because they will have you in and out in about 45 minutes. Most places in the US charge way over $100 for lashes. I used to get mine done in South Korea for $60. When I moved back to the US I paid over $100 and it was terribly done, glue chunks on my lashes, I ended pulling out my real lashes. My friend used to do my lashes but she moved to Southern California so I am so happy I found this place. Besides the price I mentioned how fast they do them because any other place I had them done at it has take almost 3 hours and that was a pet peeve of mine. I love that I know I'll be done with the appointment in an hour. Also when the lashes come off it doesn't pull my real lashes, it almost slides off my real lash. I love it read more

I came in with a picture from her other reviews on here, but she recommended me another set since it was my first time getting individual eyelash extensions and I got the ones she recommended for my eye shape/size. I never had a full good experience in this place. If my lashes looked good, the customer service was horrible. If the customer service seemed better than the other day, my lashes stuck together or lashes on the right eye is shorter than my left side, etc. They do not know what is customer service. They ignore calls and messages for days so easily and get one short response if you keep message them. They only care about having appointments fully, of course they get lots of students customers in the area since the price is so affordable for everyone and they know what they are doing to get customers. They use the cheapest products, charge low fees, put as many as lashes in 30mins , do not care about how it should be done and do not care about any complaints whatsoever. At the beginning I was giving them 30% tips and they seemed like they care a little bit when I requested to correct some flaws but since I was only giving them 10% tips last couple of times, they did not care anything. If they can't handle too many customers/appointments, they just don't have any clue what is business and how to handle. They should not only focus on quantity of appointment they get per day, per hour because it is not all about how many customers you serve per day, per hour. They should learn how to provide better customer service with better attitude and better English. I debated so many time whether I should find other place but I kept going there, of course, because I get lashes done at the cheapest price. But I am glad that I've finally gone ahead and found other person who actually has better attitude and better reviews than this place. I love coming here and always get the Cat Eye. Usually calm and relaxing. My eyes get really twitchy when anything goes close to them but eventually calmed down. However my last visit discouraged me to come again after I wasnt asked what I wanted. A different person took care of me than the usual visit and gave me Doll style that i didnt want. At the point where they seat you in front of a fan I opened my eyes and a piece of my natural eyelash was sticking out (still glued) and into my eye. I was going to ask for assistance but they were already moved on to the next clients so I sat there struggling trying to pull it out myself. The experience was more painful than when i ever came. The pressing, the bushing of this visit was rough and i was tense the entire time. I didnt notice until I got home that i got the wrong style. And I live all the way in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento so getting there and finding an appointment and time jn my schedule just to fix a simple mistake was alot. So i called but could never get a hold of them until i finally decided to send a text. And was told i had to schedule and pay a 2 week appt for it. I just wanted to change the style to one I wanted and Doll eye caused alot of stress in my lashes that i lost alot of my natural ones. I just am displeased how the situation was all handled and rather save my money, my gas, and time and give my lashes a break than run a hassle to fix a mistake that couldve been prevented in the first place. :( read more
