My husband signed us up for a couple massage for our anniversary. The place does not look like much from the outside but when you walk in it's really quite nice and serene. Note there's street parking only. With our package we got essential oils and hot stones included! Man, what a game changer! They also offer water and some tea. They give you sandals to change into. The two ladies who did our massages (I believe the couples massage is like a Thai massage style) were both great! They really worked the areas we wanted to focus on and ultimately got the whole body feeling less tense. It was a little hard/painful but that's what I wanted - they do check multiple times to make sure you're okay with the pressure level. The face pillow smelled like the scent I picked (eucalyptus) and when it came to the hot stones it just elevated the massage so much. The rooms/space is clean and it was such a great way to start our day. It was $270 for a 90 minute couples massage before tip. Highly highly recommend coming here!! Wow. Absolutely incredible. I've gotten other styles of massage by different massage therapists over the years but this is probably the most rejuvenated and light that I've ever felt coming out of a session. I had multiple tense, problem areas that I indicated on the intake, which my massage therapist handled with skill, precision, attention, and care. She also easily identified parts of my body that I didn't realize were so tense until she helped release the tension. When there was one area that she could tell I struggled with more, she checked in to ask if I needed less pressure, which I appreciated. Also, she was so dextrous and strong that at points, I couldn't tell whether she was using her hands/arms or feet. Immediately felt my blood circulation improve and everything in my body relax. This negative review is for the lack of hygiene, high cost of their services, and relatively low value for the price. My wife discovered multiple new skin infections after our couple's massage. I am not sure if it came from their towels, sheets, or what. They also don't have standard massage beds with a hole for your face, so it feels a bit suffocating when you lie down face down. Again, the main reason for this review is because of apparent hygiene issues. I regret choosing to come here. read more
