The owner called and figured out the solution that works best for us, new technician, Matt McDonald was also very professional unlike the past technician we experienced horribly. Matt knows what he's doing and very meticulous and detailed. He even told us the parts we were missing on, and cleaned it up with details and professional service and skills. I was really frustrated that there were a lot of roaches and silverfish bugs around my household. I tried every over-the-counter product and it would not work. I was up to the point where I spent about $100 on products. And nothing would work at all they were still bugs around the house. So I decided to call professional and they were able to send a pest control guy right away. He was able to spray around the house and we got a great package deal. He did it for such a good price that he will be coming back later on this year to respray the house. It has been a month since he sprayed the house and there aren't any bugs at all. If you want a good quality company with the personal touch that seems to be lacking in business these days, Malang is the place. Matt has been taking care of us for 6 years and always asks us before the service if we have any issues that they need to focus on. Then he makes sure to address those issues. He always gets the cobwebs high and low, even under the table and chairs on the patio. They are very thorough in their spraying making sure to get any potential entry points. I have been with Malang for a long time. I found them years ago after I had an awful experience with a large pest control company. I was looking for a local company that cared and did a great job. I located Malang through Home Advisor and they seemed to be just what I was looking for. They have continuously done a great job for us. There has been cockroaches, silverfish, and ants around my house and I was really getting frustrated dealing with them. I tried every product that I could get my hands on and nothing would work. After doing some research I found this company and they seem like the perfect match for my situation. I called them and the person on the phone was very friendly and was able to set up an appointment right away. They came over the next morning and went straight to work. They gave us a very accurate estimate on the pest control. So I decided to go ahead with the project. They were done in about an hour and they sprayed around the house. Where do you file a complaint when the owner of the business is the problem? These guys have been ringing my doorbell for weeks - once I caught the owner going up to my door on his segway while I was leaving and I asked him not to ring my doorbell anymore as it's disruptive to my work. He said fine, no problem, and that was that. However they continued to ring the doorbell and leave their litter on my door. They rang my doorbell at 9am on July 9 - some people work late and don't wake up by 9am, Malang. So I called them and left a voicemail asking them to stop, which they apparently ignored. Today (July 12) again they rang my doorbell while I was working, which set my dog off and I went to the door to find the Malang guy standing there again. I told him that I wanted to talk to his boss and he pointed to the guy at the next house (the same person I first talked to weeks ago) so I waved him down and explained that this was the third time I was having to tell them to stop ringing my doorbell. And he had the audacity to say "We're not disturbing you" - how are you supposed to know that?? Some people have newborns or work late or just don't want you ringing their doorbell twice a week. When I asked for his name, he just said "have a nice day" and started rolling away on his segway, trying to ignore my question. When I persisted, he said "you're being very confrontational" and avoided my question again. I kept asking and then he asked me for MY name??? What a jackass. "We're not disturbing you" - Stop ringing my doorbell, JEFF. I know it was the owner because I looked up their Facebook page. If people ask to be left alone, leave them alone. I'm buying "no solicitation" signs so these idiots will stop ringing my doorbell and if they ignore it, I'm going to the city. read more

My neighbor recommended Malang when we were having a major ant problem about a year ago. We live in a new construction townhouse so ants were always an issue with all the digging that was going on. After just one service our ant problem was non-existent. We have Malang come out quarterly and it's been great. We bought a used fridge to save some money and got some roaches with it. They are nasty buggers, so I needed someone to come in and treat them as soon as possible. Malang was available same day! The owner Jeff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. They have great rates that even a starving student can afford. They are willing to come in between quarterly pest services to respray if needed.
