I've been getting my lash extensions done by MJ past 4 years and she is the BEST. She not only makes my lashes look great but also makes them last 3-4 weeks which is amazing considering the fact that I swim quite frequently. I also love the fact that I can make and cancel the appointments online and their cancellation policy is very generous. When MJ wasn't available, I've had Valerie take care of the fill several times and she is great, too. I love this little spa haven! Found the perfect spot to pop my spray tan cherry and we all know it's not easy to get borderline buck naked in front of a stranger; but, meeting Andrena was delightful. She is genuinely sweet and very professional and made my whole first experience as comfortable as humanly possible. After such a great experience, and flawless looking tan, I'm hooked! If you're a first timer getting lash extensions like I am, this is definitely the place to start! MJ is beyond amazing and did such a great job with my lashes. She is so gentle and creates such a peaceful environment you will literally fall asleep! I'm just hoping I didn't snore during this session (if I did I'm sorry MJ!) but I will definitely be back for a fill! Heck, she's so good my experience with her fondling with my eye area was more relaxing than some of my previous experiences at spas! MJ of Malaya Skin Studio is a kind, welcoming, professional young woman who squeezed me in for a last minute appointment with less than 2 days notice for a full set of mink lashes! The spa is beautifully appointed and spotless. Also, and a major plus for me, not overwhelmingly scented or perfumed! I recently had a facial at Malaya, Andrina is simply the BEST! She is so easy to talk to, I felt as if one of my friends was giving me the facial. The entire place is adorably decorated and comfortable. I tend to use organic or natural products so she used the skincare line Tu'el for my facial. I am completely obsessed with the spot treatment she used on a few pimples I had, literally the next morning they were gone! She talks you through what she is using on your skin and the different steps and really takes the time to assess what is best for you and suits your lifestyle. I had a wonderful hour deep tissue massage session with Maria. She really worked my neck and shoulders as I tend to have a lot of knots that build up around there. She was very attentive and made sure the pressure was to my liking. I have gotten many deep tissue massages at different locations and most of the time I'm disappointed that they don't work deeply on my trouble areas. I was not disappointed.
