When I told them what I was in for, one went to get the person I spoke to over the phone. I didn't want to purchase anything else so I was rung up out of sight and the item was bagged and brought out. Since I was supposed to receive samples with my now cancelled online order, I inquired about getting one of them here and another associate presented it to me. This was a much more generous size than what I was supposed to get originally, but I'm not complaining. Service by Ashley was on the cooler side but not rude; I'm just pleased since I got what I wanted. A bag caught me eye while I was on the way out, which was life telling me to leave before I found something else to admire...

Jessie, the manager, always makes me feel so welcome--she radiates a team-player energy and is such a fantastic leader for her staff. When I checked out, she took a moment to thank me as a loyal customer, which meant so much. Claire also went above and beyond--she kept me updated on the latest merchandise, kept me informed about the upcoming launch, and worked hard to reserve the pieces I wanted. Zay, who has helped me before, was just as wonderful, and Jacob, a manager usually working in the back, also went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. Everyone in the store was incredibly nice, and the service was beyond top-notch. The store itself was immaculate, perfectly organized, and beautifully stocked.
