I received a teeth cleaning and wanted to find out why I was having some tooth pain. Through X-rays and examination, Dr. Alex said I had a couple of cavities and I would need a crown. I was afraid I would need a root canal, but Dr. Alex assured me that if I didn't need one, he would recommend that I have one. They filled my cavities, setup my temporary crown, and I came back a couple of weeks later for the permanent crown. They were able to numb me sufficiently for three cavity fillings and the crown. I tend to be hard to numb. Dr. Alex kept to his word and I didn't need a root canal. Two days before my dental cleaning, my mother had passed away. The office manager, Melissa, knew about it and brought me a small boutique of flowers at my teeth cleaning appointment. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Customer service oriented and excellent dental care.

Thursday, the person responsible failed to call the prescription into the pharmacy. Friday, called left messages, no one returned our calls. Monday morning, I visited the office and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk, She informed me that she called the prescription in herself to the Kroger pharmacy and gave me the number she called, wrong number, however, she insisted it was the correct pharmacy. I gave her the correct number and asked her to call the pharmacy again. Now the good part, on my out I called the number she gave me, this is what I hear "hello and thank you for calling Pizza Hut." I know that people make mistakes and I'm glad the problem is resolved, but this one takes the cake
