The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. My English Bulldog is a smart pup and giving him eye meds is a challenge especially when he's in pain. They were very confident that their vet technicians would be able to handle giving him medications 3-4x a day. I was gone foe 11-days, the first few days they knew I was extremely concerned about his medications and they gave me updates every day for the first few days because they were also having issues giving him all his meds. By the 3rd day, they figured out a system and was able to give him all his meds the remainder of his stay. He went in feeling pain and was very snappy, but came home as normal as can be. This facility and the team are over the top when it comes to pet care, I just wish they were closer to my home so I can take him there as a primary vet. But they will be my primary boarding service from here on out! Great job!

They come right to the car to get her, so I don't even have to step out--huge win on busy days. They also send the best report cards, which make it so fun (and reassuring) to see how Pip's day went. But what really sets them apart is how attentive and caring the staff is. Pip had been having some stomach issues, and I mentioned it to them so they could keep an eye on her. They went above and beyond and actually sent me a photo of a concerning stool (not the kind of photo you expect to be grateful for, but here we are). Because of that, I took Pip to the vet right away, and turns out she had a bout of pancreatitis. The vet told me that catching it that early made a big difference and that she's expected to recover quickly. I'm incredibly grateful to the team for paying such close attention and taking the time to communicate with me. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Pip is in such thoughtful, capable hands. I left shampoo too. I came back to find him with 25% of this hair missing, covered in open wounds and some old scabbed over ones. The tech told me that he was confined to his cell the whole time since some dog owners don't like pitbulls and this is a rule they have there. Would have been nice to know this "before" I picked him up after two weeks. The tech said that he had had no baths and was in his cell 100% of the time, which also means he was defacating there. No wonder he was a mess when I collected him. He had also gained four pounds since he had not been exercising, not to mention he had not been allowed to be with any other dogs the whole time, and they hadn't taken him out of his cell which means he didn't get much human contact either. My heart broke when I picked him up. And they still charged my credit card a day later.
