I hired the valley pet sitters to come for an extra day and came home a day later thinking my cats had at least clean glasses of water and extended my trip. I also left a handwritten note by the glasses of Water saying please do two fresh glasses each time of fridge water. When I got home, there was only two glasses used and both were full of slimy bacteria filled water because they were not cleaned or changed out for over a week. I would not have stayed an extra day if I ever thought for a second the note wouldn't have been read or the notes online that say use two fresh glasses that are in a pile of fresh clean glasses right by the fridge. even if I did not leave the note, why would anyone ever think cats would drink slimy bacteria infested water they would choose toilet water over a dirty bowl of water. You should always change the dry food bowls before we're feeling and the dishes of water rinsing is not even good enough, but everyone that knows Cats knows this. You're a bad caretaker for cats. If you give them water in any dirty dish, that's disgusting and rude.

We go to a regular daycare in our temp place out of state so I just knew it wasn't safe for my tiny dogs. I fell upon Calabasas Paws Inn and OMG it was next to my hotel - the Hilton Calabasas. Like 30 sec drive. I booked the initial meeting and I was in right away! I have THREE DOGS. You pull up and they come out to the car and here is what you receive: - my texts are answered right away - HAPPY, amazing staff. - quick, responsive and my dogs are eager to go into the daycare - the owner was so helpful when we had to switch our hotel again - they always ALWAYS send photos. We even got a cut in frame photo which we keep in our hotel. - the booking is super easy. - and my dogs ZONK out when they get home I WISH I found this place first. I will always utilize this daycare when we come back every six weeks and when we move back permanently. The place just feels and looks fun and attentive to your dogs. PS- during the 5 hour trial, I booked a nail trim bc my daycare is supposed to do it every 5 weeks and we noticed they were long and curled. Val and the staff actually came out and told me they took care of it and how they did so. I usually would forget which is why their nails were so long.

The real issues remain unchanged: they admitted they failed to feed Whiskey as instructed, admitted they overbooked the holiday weekend and kept dogs in kennels on a rotating schedule, and failed to tell us our dog had been injured while in their care. Rather than addressing those issues, they chose to deflect. Our family no longer uses this facility, and we believe other pet owners should be aware of our experience.

Idk very weird but alright. Show up I'm greeted and everyone seemed nice, but it was overall great chatting to a trainer about everything he gave me a run through and explained different collars and what they do, some basic direction to give me dog etc. it was nice cause some of it was new information. It was a lot about control. HOWEVER, I only choose this spot bc they offered private, board and training, or group classes.. but I really wanted to do group classes about $200 for 5 sessions. Seemed great. What they don't tell you online is they really bush the boarding and training but they knew I didn't want that service going in cause I want to be there with my dog so I can understand the dynamics TOO.. but they stated it's hard to jump into group classes cause the basics are learned in the board and training. So all in all I don't think it's the right option for me to do boarding and training, but $80 spent I learned a few things I didn't know before. Kinda pricy I feel like. I think offering multiple things but then only selling you on 1 of the biggest course even though there's options for less days etc seems great but overall I'm looking for taking the course as well. However good luck to whoever takes this journey

But with no AC all day or night in cali in summer or any season-im sure i wouldnt want to listen either. They sleep in those kennels you see. One weekend my dog came back COVERED in bug bites. He always came back choking and gagging struggling to breathe. Within a weekend of being with me he was fine. There is one indoor room that your dog will not be in, even if you pay for it. If you Google maps the site there's no additional space other than the kennels. My dogs poop was not normal so dont give your dogs expensive food here- they dont give it to them. They def withhold food for training purposes and will not give you it back. The main trainer max was so rough with my dog within the first week of him being there, in front of me on a saturday class- hes a tiny man im sure that why he has to act like that to small animals. They will rudely speak Russian in front of you. No customer service skills whatsoever. You can do better for your pet. This was psych damage for mine. I think the only decent trainer was Becky and she needs to get out of there.
