Today is August 2nd 2021. My vehicle broke down thIs past Friday night, three days prior to the date I posted. I called for Mallias towing service. I gave the dispatcher my information, the dispatcher said he will call his driver. The driver called back in roughly 15 minutes and said he WILL hook my car in 20 min. 2hrs went by with me calling them back to no avail. They ignored my call back. Meanwhile another vehicle was broken down 100 yards from me. They had called another company who happened to check up on my situation. I was involved in a car accident and the police called Mallia's. Although the driver was courteous and professional. The next day I wanted to take the car out. I was charged for a lot extra fees in services that were not provided. They did not accept cards which I wasn't aware of. When I inquired why I wasn't aware of this and why were cards not an option the guy attending me was extremely rude and defensive about it. My car was flatbed by Mallia towing as an agent for AAA. While loading my auto the front bumper was damaged by dragging it along a gravel driveway. I witnessed the event while the driver was loading the back end at angle and before it was leveled onto the truck bed. I immediately called attention to the young truck driver. I called the firm and they denied responsibility since the damage could have been there before. Mary Beth the owner insisted that they would not admit fault and therefore the matter was not going to repair the damage. This is not a company I would ever use or recommend. read more

I inadvertently called Mallia's towing when my axle broke on Route 1. They towed me maybe 3 or four miles to a good car repair shop in Chelsea. It was a bad upsetting breakdown and I was late for work. The driver was very nice. However the manager that he reported to was not. The driver was going to charge my credit card $95 dollars for the tow; but the manager insisted that because " I changed my mind about where to take the car." it should be $200 IN CASH. If I did not submit, my car, which was now on the tow truck would be impounded. The driver had to take more time to drive me to an ATM where I had to withdraw $200 in cash. I've never used your services but I never will. One of your crap ass drivers almost just drove me off the road. He went into a left turning lane, cut in front of me to go straight (no blinker obviously) and if I hadn't been paying attention to his recklessness the bed of his truck would have become one with my shoulder. My son got into an accident on 128, on his way to a Redsox/Yankee game. Mallia Towing immediately showed up and towed his car. A day later, we arrived into town and needed to go with our son to look at his car and get items out of it. Even though they were closed, they sent someone over to let us in, and allowed us to inspect the vehicle and get his items out. They were very prompt, helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. Hopefully you will not need a towing service, but if you do, these people are definitely the ones to call! read more

When I showed up to pick up my car on the evening of June 3, 2014 the Tow Truck operators were smoking pot IN THE COMPANY TRUCK. They work with heavy machinery and other people's expensive property! You wouldn't drink on the job; what makes you think it's okay to smoke pot on the job? And these weren't teenagers or young adults either - they were grown men who definitely should know better. The owner needs to start checking up on his/her employees and perhaps consider drug testing them. Very infuriating experience. read more

Witnessed one of the drivers of a flatbed drive around someone that was stopped at a red light and then blow through the red light with his flashing lights on like he was running from the police. Could have killed someone if they were crossing the street. After reading and talking to others about them I would never trust my vehicle to be towed carefully by this company. Driving crazy with a company name and number on the side of the truck was very stupid and lost a potential customer and I will most likely tell all my family and friends. read more
