I had a terrible experience with ASA Roadservice. On February 21, 2025, I called Geico for roadside assistance, and they sent an ASA technician to change my flat tire. The technician installed my spare tire, but the next morning, only 30 seconds into driving, the spare tire came off my car, flew across the road, and caused my vehicle to slide off the road, resulting in significant damage. When I called the technician, he showed no accountability and refused to help, saying it wasn't his problem. Clearly, the tire was not properly installed, and this negligence caused serious damage to my car. I would not recommend this service to anyone--poor installation, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for the damage caused. read more

USAA contacted them for roadside assistance after I got a flat and could not get the lug nuts off. The online estimate said it could be up to 75 minutes but I only waited about 10 before the technician called me to say he was 15 minutes away. When he got there he got right to work and was very friendly, courteous, and FAST! All told between filing for roadside assistance and driving away the whole process probably took about 45 minutes. I would definitely reach out again in a pinch! read more

Though they showed up pretty quickly, the driver was rude to me when he called. During the call he asked me if the address was an apartment or a home? I answered a home with a driveway, the car was white and facing out so he could pull his truck in (I did not realize he would not be driving a truck). He responded "That is not what I asked you, I asked you if it was a house or an apartment". I answered any further questions with one word answers. When he arrived, my husband went out, they both had trouble opening the hood. I called my son who had previously opened the hood to see if there was a trick. While on the phone I opened the mudroom door to let my husband know I was calling my son and relayed what my son said. I commented the car had not been in any any front end accidents, the driver asked me if I bought the car used; I said No it was bought new; he commented he recently worked on a 2015 Toyota and that they are just not making them like they used to; my car is a 2018! He asked me if he had said something on the phone that offended me, I told him yes and quoted his words he began to respond with an an excuse to which I began to respond, at which time he said there you go interrupting me. I said thats it and closed my door. My husband remained outside, the car car got started and he went on his way. He was rude and condescending; he does not know I worked in claims for over 40 years many of which in the auto physical damage area; I understand coverage, auto nomenclature and customer service. Terrible. Geico assigned these guys to come fix a flat. The guy that came out was rude and terrible to deal with. He never said hello and refused to plug my tire instead of replacing it with the spare. He pushy and very rude. Don't use this company. read more

One if the worst road side assistance who never served. My car broke down at the school and I called Geico for road side assistance and who in turn called ASA roadside assistance. The ASA guy calls and says he'll be there in 2 hours and after waiting for two hours the guys pulls up in a wrong location in wrong parking lot. He calls me and I ask him to come over to the other parking where I actually requested him to come. He then all of a sudden gets into the car and drives away. Geico, stop doing business with this company who have no ethics whatsoever. read more

If your insurance company dispatches this company- find another one as fast as possible. The dispatchers are rude and don't care about customers. I waited 2 hours for a tire change, they called me from a random 800 number and I missed the call. Now I'm stuck waiting for another company on the wide of the road for another hour. ASA was assigned to my roadside service thru Geico. They arrived roughly on the ETA given by Geico, (maybe 10 min past the ETA). They called me when they were 5 minutes away. The roadside servicer worked quick and had my tire changed out in 5 minutes. Service was quick and pain free. read more

I popped a tire on my new sports car on the way to a conference. I called and they came within 45 minutes. Enrique was just amazing... changed the tire and got me back in the road in 10 minutes. I saw the reviews and my only recommendation is ask for Enrique if he is available. He is a true professional and exceptionally responsible. read more

Locked my keys in my car (-_-) Geico connected me to ASA, and they told me it would be 50 minutes. Exactly 50 minutes later, the guy showed up, jimmied the lock in 5 seconds flat and I was on my way. read more

I called roadside assistance as we ran out of gas at midnight and they told me it would be 1hr, they never showed and never answered their phone nor did they answer the roadside assistance clerk. We are still waiting for assistance at 1:50am and now we have the police trying to assist. read more

Fourth of July...100 degrees out...I get a flat tire. Called geico and they said about an hour which I was thrilled about considering it was a holiday, but ASA showed up in under a half hour! Popped that baby right off and put my spare on. Super friendly (and VERY easy on the eyes may I add) and professional. God Bless America!!! read more

My fiancé locked my keys in my trunk. Someone came not even twenty minutes later and opened the car, so we could get them. They were great!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. completely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional customer service. Looked me in my face and said "fuck you maam" in front of all my patients walking in at my work because he wanted to be rude and couldn't handle when I dished it back. Then, he turned around and left without opening my car because I was locked out. The entire experience was AWFUL. These people do not give a shit about you and will treat you the worst. read more

Quoted an hour by my insurance company Geico's Roadside assistance. Called A.S.A after they were 15 minutes later than their estimated arrival, said it would be 10-15 longer. Ended up being 75 minutes later. In total it took 2.5 hours to have help arrive for a flat time. Company stopped answering my calls after the 1st time I called for an ETA. Had to work through my insurance company to get any communication from A.S.A. Worst part was being lied to about driver being in Heavy Traffic from the dispacter at A.S.A. In the day and age of Google Maps, I was able to track their supposed location to determine they were lying..... horrible company. Request a different company if you can. Thank you to the driver who did help through, he was very nice and responsive once he was assigned to my destination. read more

Horrible, rude. Dispatcher said one hr and i called 2 hrs later and he told me to wait 30 more mins. I called an hour later and he said 30 mins. I later found out that there was multiple people ahead of me and only one driver. He just plain made up those ETA and was very rude when i called him out about it. When they finally came the person who showed up could not help me and the dispatcher had not actually communicated to him what my tire change would entail (stripped lugnut). Agreeing with other reviews of these guys off of YELP, they are VERY RUDE. I was quoted 1 hour to get my car jump started. 56 min later, I get a call saying it will be another hour. They didn't seem to care that they doubled the time and did not feel they needed to call sooner to update. Avoid at all costs. read more

Got a flat tire on my way to work this morning. Submitted with my Geico roadside assistance and was given an estimated arrival of 90 minutes. ASA called me about 10 minutes later and was there about 20 minutes after that! Service was fast and friendly! Thank you :) read more

Was assigned ASA via Geico and could not be more happy. Was texted the status of their arrival multiple times and also called when he arrived. Was very efficient in time to change tire and took extra care in making sure jack was properly placed. Within 5 minutes tire swapped and then placed in trunk for repair tomorrow. I Requested assistance through Geico's roadside assistance program, due to me having an issue with my vehicle. I was assigned ASA road side service as my service provider, given an estimated arrival time, confirmed through Geico. I even called and confirmed with ASA Directly, Who also verified that somebody was going to be to my location shortly to assist me. I was on the side of the road, on Dickinson Street in Springfield Massachusetts, at midnight by myself. About an hour and a half later at 1:30am when the service should have been arriving within the next half hour, if not already arrived, I received a call from Geico that ASA was no longer coming to provide service because they had no drivers available. Now I completely understand not being able to assist me, but do not accept the call and then make me wait an hour and a half before you decide to cancel it. If I could give zero stars I would, when I called the company I was told well it was the owner that told you that so makes no sense to complain to him. Great business practices ASA. read more
