They use good parts and, my favorite thing about them is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. They will let you know if they find other things that need attention and give you a good honest opinion on the urgency of a repair. They are easy to miss since you can't really tell that its a garage from the front. They kept my car for weeks after we changed out the first replacement hybrid battery before they refused to do the work they stated they would. To say this shop cost me thousands is an understatement! The cost of rentals alone during the time they were cross diagnosing is shameful! At the very least they should refund the diagnostic fee of $185 for a battery that they could not have diagnosed because it contained no coolant!
