This review is for the service not the food. Be aware the establishment hours of operation at the door say they close at 9:00 pm on some days but it is actually earlier. I called at 8:45pm and the lady said "the kitchen is now closed". I mentioned I could pay by phone since their online service was not taking my payment. They refused to take my order and my payment, even telling them that I live 5 minutes away for pick up. I suggest they should change their schedule at the door to close at 8:45pm since that is their official time they stop cooking, and to prevent further confusion. Customer service is always outgoing and helpful when deciding what's best for your family or self. I ordered medium Hawaiian pizza, chipotle spaghetti, and 2L Coca Cola for under $25. I went in expecting basic pizza, but boy was I pleasantly surprised by the deals that were posted. My family and I ordered what we would usually get at Pizza Hut or Little Caesars, expecting quality somewhere in between those types of pizzas. However, we were met with pleasant surprises! The pizza had a cheese pull I haven't experienced since the 90s. The marinara sauce base was very flavorful without being overpowering, and the crust was crisp yet fluffy. The restaurant was nice and clean, and the staff were very polite and friendly. All in all, I have to say if you have the chance to stop by, you should definitely do it! Never prepared for a SUPER BOWL, not picking up the phone, lack of employees (deliveryman, cashiers, and even phones) they'll literally let the phone ring without even bothering on put the call on hold. Employees not wearing hair nets or even UNIFORMS!!, messing up orders and names. You can tell that is all young kids in charge of this place cause it needs management ASAP. Damn was I a fool to judge a place based on others comments. I loved the pizza and they are priced more fairly than the rest of the other pizza places in the south. Ordered the Spanish and it was delicious with the chunky slices of tomatoes and bell pepper while the chorizo meat was used instead of sausage or pepperoni. The cheese and dough were okay but the pie could have used more tomato sauce. I believe they have the option of wheat dough or I might be mistaken with another pizza shop nearby. It is soft and doughy and at times it could use a minute or two longer in the oven but either way it is delicious. I recommend getting the Mexicana- beans, chorizo, bacon, onions and jalapeños or just the OG pepperoni and cheese. The marinara sauce is very good. Delicious frijoles like the ones off momma's stove. On those delicious frijoles, they put cheese, jalapenos, onions, and crumbled chorizo... Spicy, zesty, delicious chorizo. It sounds alarming, but I ate three pieces in less than five minutes. I can eat other kinds of pizza from this place [because their pizza quality is actually fantastic. It's not as dry, and their ingredient quality is better than Pizza Hut [perhaps it's the personal touch].
