The only irritation (if that) was a fairly loud bride and friends dinner a couple tables over. But I quibble as Gayle and I thoroughly enjoyed our romantic evening together within our cozy booth. Here's what we ordered: - Bombay Sapphire Martini (Up/Olives) and then a Malbec (Gayle). - Mocktail (Cranberry Pom Spritz) and then a Sauvignon Blanc (Eric) - Filet Beef Tenderloin with Asparagus and Caesar Salad (Gayle) - Canadian Walleye with Caesar Salad and Wild Rice Pilaf. - Coffee (Eric) and a shared piece of Champagne Cake (See Picture). Our Caesar Salads and Gayle's steak were outstanding. My Walley was excellent, but I wanted more of what Gayle was enjoying. The cake was of course icing on our evening. Total tab? The tables around us that sat after us were waited upon pretty quick. The young guy that finally came to our table seemed like it was his first day. He knew little about the menu and barely talked. Anyways, we ordered a flatbread pizza and the cream cheese olive burger. It took a while to get the food, but it was good. The burger was cooked well and had a lot of toppings.
