Overall, it was definitely a nice experience and the restaurant itself feels perfect for a special occasion, but there were a few things that made the dinner a little disappointing for me. The biggest issue was the wait time between courses. Some of the gaps felt way too long, especially for a tasting menu where you're expecting the courses to flow pretty consistently throughout the evening. My advice would honestly be: don't come starving. We came hungry and there were definitely moments where we were just sitting there waiting and wondering when the next dish was going to come out. Another thing that bothered me was that the food didn't come out in the same order that it was listed on the tasting menu. I've done tasting menus at other restaurants, and I'm used to the courses being served in the order they're presented so you can follow along and know what you're eating and what's coming next. Here, dishes seemed to come out in a different order, which made the experience feel a little less organized. For the type of restaurant and price point, I expected the pacing and presentation of the tasting menu to feel more intentional. The food itself was good and there were definitely dishes we enjoyed, and I'm glad we got to experience Bazaar Meat for my mom's birthday. The atmosphere and overall concept are great for a celebration. I just wish the service and pacing matched the level of the restaurant a little more. Overall, it was a nice experience, but if I came back, I'm not sure I would do the tasting menu again. I'd probably order à la carte so we could choose exactly what we wanted and hopefully have a little more control over the pacing of the meal.

The ribs basically fell off the bone with a perfect smoke flavor. Brisket was juicy and fatty. Can't beat it. The Mac n cheese was rich and decadent. The beans were so flavorful as well and had chunks of meat in them. The line was long, but moved quickly. People were super generous and pointed us over to some free waters they had. There was live music going in as well. All the seating is outdoors so if it's hot be prepared. They also have a market you can buy meats and sauces at to take with!

Giving the vibe of being at a farm, ordering up some grub. Good grub, really good. Can I just say this, you can feed three people from each plate. I got pulled pork and brisket, he got brisket and sausage. We got green beans, Mac n cheese, collard greens and corn bread. So good, satisfying is an understatement. He also got the cobbler but we didn't get to take a picture of it. He wolfed that down after his plate. Ok he finished his plate, I could've fed three people with my plate. There's just something about having a good ole barbecue. I have no complaints, we waited in line and it moved pretty quick even though there was a crowd. The workers there are quick and efficient. Friendly and welcoming. Will we be back? Hell yeah we are!!! Lots of parking, bring an appetite and be ready to take home a bunch of food. And don't forget the cobbler !!!

It's located off the Strip in a somewhat hidden, out-of-the-way plaza, which gives it more of a local, low-key feel. One thing I noticed right away was that the menu posted in the lobby didn't have prices, but the menu behind the register did. They have a huge selection of food, so there are plenty of options to choose from. We ordered the burnt ends, brisket, mac and cheese, chicken sliders, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and cornbread. The brisket was unfortunately overcooked, although the burnt ends were good. The meatloaf was okay but definitely not the best I've had. The mac and cheese was good, and the mashed potatoes were actually really good. The chicken sliders were just okay, and the cornbread didn't really stand out. Overall, I was a little disappointed because the reviews had me expecting something exceptional. Everything was decent, but honestly, the meal was pretty mediocre for me. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really blew me away either. I'd still give it four stars because there were several good items, the menu has a lot of variety, and our overall experience was fine. However, based on the ratings, I definitely expected more.

He spent a lot of time explaining the menu and answering questions. He never seemed to be in a rush and was on top of it. There were others constantly filling water, removing plates, etc. The service alone was impeccable. We loved the mushroom fries. The basil aioli it came with was fantastic. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were more like a salad, fresh with lemon and pistachio. The creamy garlic mashed potatoes were also fantastic. My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. I was so full, but it was a welcomed, refreshing conclusion to our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was classy. The food and service amazing. Can't wait to return here when in town next. On my birthday, August 21st, I arrived at this Rampart location with specific details in my…read morereservation stating our need for wheelchair accessibility. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the elevator was broken, as informed by the staff. We had two friends who required ADA accommodations: one in a wheelchair and the other who could not walk long distances. We were left with two options: a table in the front lobby, where everyone walks in, providing no privacy, or seating outside. It was 5 PM, and the temperature in Las Vegas was scorching over 100 degrees. Why would I choose to sit outside, especially with two guests who have mobility challenges? Moreover, the server informed us that there were no mist machines outside, which was an insult. The simple solution would have been to call or text us to inform us that the elevator was broken, especially since one of the servers mentioned that it had been broken for a few days. A simple call would have given us time to find another restaurant that could accommodate our needs. However, it was a Friday in Las Vegas, and making a last-minute reservation was challenging. We decided to stay and dine in the lobby near the butcher shop, where we were again seating in the open, lacking privacy. The manager did came over and comped two appetizers, which was appreciated, but it did not resolve the issue. A restaurant should be ADA accessible at all times, and if it is not, they should inform the guests especially if specific accommodation was mentioned in the memo of the reservation. One of our friends, who cannot walk far distances, had to struggle to go up the stairs to use the restroom, causing her muscles to cramp up and other issues. As a local and frequent visitor to this location, this experience has made me question whether we will return. It left my guest, who came to celebrate my birthday, feeling like they were an inconvenience and burden
