Chicken Tinga Crispy Taco, Chicken Tinga Soft Taco, Chicken Quesabirria Taco

A hidden gem for sure! I saw someone post a video about this place so I decided to check it out. You can get takeout or sit at one of the tables they have inside. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. Also, excellent customer service! I love tacos so I tried a variety of different tacos and I loved them all. The chicken quesabirria was my favorite though! It comes with a delicious consommé for dipping. I also got a side of chips & salsa which was very good! I look forward to coming back to try other options on the menu!!

Best Mexican restaurant in the area. And it might beat out all of southwest Detroit's restaurants. I've never had a bad dish here. You just go frequently for their random specials. The staff are always A1.

The was really tasty. The service was pleasant. It was a bit pricey but the food was good. The restaurant had a real Mexican feel.

You can't go wrong here. Everything is homemade! Food is always fresh and delicious. The service is top notch for this family owned business. Very happy to have such great authentic food take over that location!

Wow, first time trying this place definitely recommend the ribeye tacos a little pricey, but every cent worth it just make sure you ask for hot sauce, the hot one because apparently they don't come with hot sauce

As you can see in the picture I ate these delicious tacos before I got the picture. It's a cozy carry out or sit down place. Delicious tacos they came out minutes after I sat down. Also I was helped out right as I walked in the door. Good tacos, fast service, and taqueria atmosphere. This place is good I recommend to check this place out

Unbelievable, beyond disappointing. The corn chips are quite greasy, but crunchy. The guacamole isn't too bad. We asked for jalapeños to add to it, we got pickled jalapeños. I would have thought they would have loads of fresh jalapeños, given the type of cuisine here. The pickled jalapeño gives the guacamole a very different taste to it. Cheese everywhere. Ugh. All over the taquitos and the chicken tostada too. The chicken in the taquitos are hard as jerky. The rest of the chicken in the taquito is super dry. The bean salad is so-so, has overcooked peas in it, corn, bland beans, red pepper, tomatoes. The chicken fajita is okay, a tad dry, there's some tomatillo or salsa verde in the grilled chicken with the red pepper, green peppers and onions. The small pico that comes with the fajita has good heat, from the fresh jalapeños. The quesadillas have a ton of cheese, not a lot of chicken inside, looks like an after thought. Service was ok. Food was subpar. Nothing notable.

I got the chicken tacos and 8oz side of rice and beans. Their menu read confusing, as they didn't have prices on the different meats, and tacos ranged from $2.99-$3.99 so I wasn't even sure how much my tacos would come to. I also thought it was 8oz combined of rice & beans for like $2.99 but I believe it rang up as individual 8oz containers. My total for the plate (3 tacos) & sides came to ~$16 without a tip or drink. The chicken tacos were SO bland. I tried adding more lime, the grilled onions, radishes, both the red and green salsas, and even rice and beans but nothing could rescue the flat flavor of nothingness every time I bit into my tacos. My red salsa that came with my plate was genuinely lame, it had hints of Tabasco sauce? Like they were trying to make it so spicy without any actual depth or flavor. I expected more from this place. I did try my friends steak from his taco and it was a bit more flavorful, so perhaps I got the wrong meat. Their employees were very nice and service wasn't too long, restaurant clean but limited seating! I would only return here to try the California burrito. I can find similar prices and great quality elsewhere.

It has a very simple but inviting atmosphere. The food smells good right as you walk in. It's very welcoming. We were greeted fairly quickly by our waiter who asked us if we wanted drinks I went with a rainbow margarita as that looked interesting. The drinks took probably 5 to 8 minutes. They brought out the chips and salsa pretty quick. The drinks came out. The margarita was ok for me. There were too many flavors that just didn't seem to go together. I would've preferred a standard margarita. It was ok not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. We placed our order for food. I went with the combination, dinner number 13, taco burrito and Chalupa. And we got a side of rice and beans. My wife ordered the vegetable fajita although the waiter told us ahead of time that the food was going to take a while as they were busy. It seemed like it came out in 5-8 minutes. It was fast. Chips and salsa are always good so those were fine. They gave us a couple of different salsa options which were good. For my food. The beef taco was really good. That was probably my favorite part of the meal. The burrito was chicken and was pretty good. Chalupa was not what I thought it was going to be basically it's a thin tortilla with a bunch of toppings piled on top of it that you just basically eat off of it with a fork. You can't pick it up and hold it as it's too heavy and the tortilla sits in sauce and other sides that then make it fall apart. My wife said her vegetable fajita was pretty good as well. The beans and rice were very average, not much flavor. Overall, the meal was decent nothing great nothing terrible just good. We may come back sometime as it is a nice place, the ambience is nice and the staff was great. But the food was nothing special aside from the beef taco that was delicious.
