It was the best pastry I've had in a long time. I also ordered the carrot cake, which is a favorite of mine, and it was good, not the best ever, but it's ok, the Lobster Tail made everything ok. For this particular special event, the truck was offering three types of waffles and coffee: dark, medium, light... with a hot or cold option. I also got to find out about the newest crave in the west coast "nitro coffee" so it coffee made like a beer. I will try it the next time I see JOY at an event. Looks like this company is working toward a coffee space... The climbs story is super interesting and lots of room for growth. Looks like everything they create is made with love and care. To provide people with a great product and contribute to people's experience of life. Looking forward to seeing them open up their own old world coffee bar. Exciting times to be living in southend!
