Usually when you get fancy sugar cookies they're pretty but don't taste great. These were delicious and absolutely gorgeous. I ordered twenty four custom cookies from Mama's for my baby shower. I showed one of the employees a few sample pictures of what I wanted and was assured that the staff would be able replicate them. Upon receiving my order, I noted that the color on a few of the cookies was different than what I'd requested, however - the remaining sets were almost identical. After seeing the beautiful cookies produced by Mama's on their Instagram page, I emailed Rosemarie on a Saturday night not expecting a reply until Monday, but I received a response shortly afterward. She answered all my questions and made a suggestion of a different set of cookies that were not shown on the Instagram page to go along with my Beauty & Beast theme for a bridal shower. I loved her suggestion, and the cookies were gorgeous with so much detail! Huge hit at the shower! My office ordered custom cookies for employee appreciate day and they were the most adorable thing ever. Each cookie you could tell must have taken so much time, and there were a whole bunch of variations. They were in the shape of our companies logo and incorporated our companies colors, and they had a little note like "We appreciate you" written on them on icing. It was such a nice treat to get at work. Everyone that sits around me has varied versions, so you could really tell how detailed these were. They looked like the kind of cookies that are strictly pretty and end up being hard as a rock and taste bad, but these were not like that at all. They were delicious.
