Did you call your Mama lately? well I'll tell you one thing, if your Mama could make amazingly delicious Pizza like this place, I'd be calling her up every damn day Lol!! Seriously though you cannot go wrong with anything off this outstanding menu which features some of the Best local Pizza A-round!! This business is owned and operated by two guys from Brooklyn and I gotta say that this one-of-a kind style Pizzeria is a much welcomed addition to this part of Jerzey.   So far I've tried their "Buffalo Chicken Pizza" which was loaded with Tender Juicy Tangy Chicken with just the perfect amount of spice to it and even was topped with Blue Cheese Dressing. For those who might not know It's like biting into Buffalo Wings and Pizza simultaneously. Also I enjoyed their "Bee Sting" Square Slice which was just as awesome with it's Crispy Pepperoni cups that were slathered and filled with Hot Honey = YUMMMMMMERS!!    Plus, here they feed you just like your Mama would so yeahh. Oh I almost forgot, is there any chance I could get your Mama's phone number? Lol. Ahh you know what, nevermind I'll just give this place a call whenever I get the urge to chow down on some Incredibly Delicious World Class Pizza!! Come And Get Your Mama Munch On!!

There's been a few different owners at this pizzeria over the years, but I think we finally have the right one. I stopped in today to pick up a pie for lunch and we all thought it was very good. It's a thin crust with a delicious sauce. Just the right spice in the sauce! Another thing I like is that they had some great looking slices on the counter. You need choices when you're just having a slice. It's not a large place, but there are tables for dining in. Parking in front. Prices range from average to slightly above, but if you're getting high quality, that's fine. This is a welcome addition to the Roxbury pizza scene!

I was in this area and craved pizza. Stopped in for lunch. A very small place with only two booths and an upright rail with some seating. I ordered one slice of The Bee Sting, which was a Sicilian style slice with pepperoni. This slice must have honey or something because it was a little sweet which was awesome! The second slice was the same Sicilian style with pesto on the cheese. Also excellent. In the future I'll plan my visits to the area around lunch time to stop in again! Great place and the staff were very friendly.

Stopped in to this new pizza place and though it was good, I really wished for more. I would truly give this place a 3.5 if I could. For strengths, this place has a good location off the highway and kind, friendly staff. Everyone made sure we were taken care of for our little lunch stop. Food variety is great, menu is both exciting and has all the things you want from a pizza joint. For pizza slices we tried the grandmas, bee sting, and upside down. All pretty great! Seems like high quality ingredients and fresh take for pizza. I think the traditional and modern mix of things here is a great asset. My biggest critique is for when we tried one of the large rice balls and were not happy it seemed microwaved. The outside coating was rubbery and the thing was extremely hot inside but not in a good way. Surprised happily there were no peas inside (as I don't prefer them, though they are mostly traditional). I hope to order from here soon and get a full pie. I know they are just starting out, so I'm going to give them another go - just wanted to share these thoughts!

It was my first time trying Mama's pizzeria yesterday. We've been looking for years to find a go-to pizza place in the Lake Hopatcong area and nothing has stood out as an absolute must have...Until now! When we walked in we immediately saw people eating 2 pizzas in the one other booth and they looked amazing! They highly recommended them so we had to copy their pizza order. The 7 of us shared the Brooklyn MVP and Mama's Special Roasted Garlic Square Pizza as well as garlic knots, and a chicken parm hero. While we were waiting for the pizzas we indulged in their large garlic knots drenched in oily garlicky goodness with crispy bottoms. We also really got to dive into the sauces with their garlic knots because they generously gave us big cups of their vodka and marinara sauces with them. The chicken parm was really good but we really came to try the pizzas. Both pizzas were Brooklyn Sicilian style square pizzas. The crusts were thick, light, and airy with a crispness on the outside, all 3 sauces were flavorful and very plentiful on top of the Brooklyn MVP. The roasted garlic pizza was delicious but you've got to be a garlic lover. There are tons of huge pieces of roasted garlic. We also then had to try a couple slices of their upside square, which did not disappoint. For me personally the Brooklyn MVP was legitimately the MVP. I will have a hard time not ordering it every time I'm there. The other MVPs were Tatiana and her dad! They really gave it that authentic Brooklyn feel and were so welcoming that you left feeling like friends. Overall it was a definite 5 stars. My wife and I try pizzas all over the NJ area and honestly this might be the best pizza we've had in NJ. Next time i will have to try the round pizzas to see how it stacks up with the squares. My only criticism would be that they need a bigger place with more seating!

Now this is delicious pizza! We like to try new places but like to have a go to staple and mamas is it. Very friendly inside and always fresh. The pizzas are all absolutely delicious and they have such an interesting variety of slices. I really love the traditional triangle slices and the square ones too and the pizza and crust itself is phenomenal! Will be returning over and over again:)

Amazing dough! honestly the best pizza flavor and texture in at least a 15 mile radius, at least that's how far we came for this pizza on Christmas eve. There's music playing and the atmosphere feels like you stepped into a Brooklyn, Italian restaurant. The food came really quick and our server dropped off the salad within minutes of us sitting down. We also ordered the chicken parm but with vodka sauce and damn was that pasta perfectly al dente. The sauce was the perfect balance of creaminess and umami. Sprinkle a little crushed red pepper and you have the best vodka sauce on this side of jersey. We will definitely be coming back for more pizza, pasta, pizza, and more pizza.
