We took our SUV to CarToyz because the hood and roof had become dull after of going through so many car washes using brushes and harsh detergents combined with UV. Our vehicle was returned in worse shape than when we brought it in! When we dropped off our SUV, the hood was dull had minor scratches, but not it was not excessively scratched, color was consistently green, but dull. What Distinctive CarToyz returned to us was excessive scratch marks carved in the front hood and the green color removed/gone (see the photos). They also managed to remove the paint finish around the ignition switch. The interior of the car smelled like they had spilled an entire bottle of Windex inside. Clearly, the job was not in the wheelhouse. To add insult to injury they removed the car dealership decal on the back and put on their own Distinctive CarToyz business frame (see photo) around the back license plate. Blatantly corrupt to have people think we purchased our Tahoe from them and not from a reputable dealership. They are any but reputable. We took our SUV to our car dealer and for only a couple hundred dollars more than what CarToyz charged us ($1,500), Bennett Chevrolet made our SUV look brand new!

When we placed our order with him there were no games or sales tactics. He explained the options to us. We chose some, declined other. I never felt pressured. When we picked up the truck, there were no hidden fees or upcharges. The only thing we were asked about was whether we wanted an extended warranty (mechanicals and electrical). In fact we were so happy with our experience with Rick we just purchased a new Mustang Mach-e for me. It was their integrity that made me come back.

I was not familiar with Riverside Auto Repair, but on a recommendation, I checked them out. I was told that it was best to text Larry, the owner. I did, Larry immediately responded and said to bring the car over Saturday morning. My expectations were exceeded. Lary performed a full safety check on the car and pointed out a few items that needed attention. He sent me a detailed estimate for repairs with pictures, and I could respond and pick and choose which items I wanted him to fix or replace. I responded and in a matter of a few hours, the car was fixed with ice cold air and new brakes and rotors. Larry also fixed an item and didn't even charge me for it. My Mother was thrilled. It was noticed that the door alignment was off due to the passenger door had a new skin put on it to correct the body damage as a result of the incident. Chris the owner had his mechanic take the car in an attempt to rectify the situation. 10 minutes later the car was returned with an adjustment being made after a week it was noticed that there was possible movement . A call to chris led to an appointment being made 2 weeks hence at 11:00 am where the situation would be addressed and a check for $100.00 would be issued to cover the additional detailers fee of 4 weeks prior at approx 10;00 am on the 16th of april a message was received that the mechanic who was suppose to readjust the door had called out sick. with that I showed up at 11;00 am to pick up the check that had taken approx 3 weeks to issue due to the accountant not being in attendance. I then told Chris the I would not be returning the vehicle for any adjustments or claims about their Lifetime warranty on repairs. My advice to who may read this. all you will get from Tilton Is someone with empty promises and excuses.I am 84 years old and have been around the Block. and in order to avoid any additional Stress I have decide to walk and to not deal with nefarious merchants who most likely had their employees post reviews.

Everyone in the office was great to deal with and the repair was completed on schedule. The repair was done beautifully and they handled all supplemental repairs with the insurance company.
