I know they won't pay, but I need that form to get my money reimbursed now I have to try to find out what I can do to put a stop payment. I was already back in the chair when I was told I needed additional tests at the tune of 500.00 +. I did not have that amount nor was I ever told it would be that much. They had plenty of time to notify me of this price before my appt. I left. No sooner | get home and I get a text saying I missed my appt.(I didn't) The photos below show my exchange. I get a letter today 7/19 saying they will no longer see me which I already told them I'd never be back. They did not date the letter but the envelope was dated 7/17. They sent this out after I already told them I wouldnt be back. The office lady Linda is rude, unprofessional and apparently petty for sending me a letter knowing I'd never be back. I can see why all the nice dentists who worked there quit. You get a different dentist every visit. The office lady (Linda) is one of the most immature, unprofessional people l've ever encountered. This was a good place a couple years ago but not anymore. Buyer beware if you go here. As a side note I started going to this office in 2008. Always paid my bills and never had any problems.
