Staff is friendly and competent. Office is clean and modern. Dr. Silvers did a great job on my implant. Young and personable.

But the moment I walked through the doors of Watts Dental, the entire staff made me feel right at home. From getting a tooth pulled, repairing two chipped teeth, treating severe gum disease, multiple fillings, root canals, and completing a two-year Invisalign journey. Every step of the process was handled with care and professionalism. Dr. Oleg and his team are truly exceptional. They gave me back the smile I needed and boosted my confidence more than I could imagine. I'll always recommend Watts Dental to anyone looking for quality care and a team that truly cares about their patients.

Then I was going through IVF and had an upcoming appointment, and they asked for confirmation for an appointment and I wasn't sure because IVF is so unpredictable and they called me every day asking and they were so rude to me even though I had multiple days to cancel. The woman who called was so rude the final time they called I told them fine just cancel it (4 days in advanced) and as I was trying to explain to her it's out of my hands and are there any other appointments available and she hung up on me. So i called back and told her to just take me off their patients and I'll find another dentist, she hung up on me again. So- dentist is fine- receptionist is rude AF

Going in, I was hopeful for a good experience -- and Dr. Williams and her entire team exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, communicative, and genuinely caring. Even the associate who came in to review the cost of the procedure was delightful -- friendly, funny, and remarkably easy to work with. It immediately put me at ease. Bethany, the tech who stayed with me throughout the process, was outstanding. She explained everything clearly, reassured me at each step, and kept me distracted in a way that truly felt like having my own daughter there looking out for me. The extraction itself was far better than I anticipated. I'm sensitive to epinephrine in numbing agents, but Dr. Williams administered everything carefully so I never experienced the usual racing-heart feeling. The procedure was quick, not painful, and handled with exceptional skill. Dr. Williams talked me through each part of the process, and she and Bethany kept a warm, pleasant conversation going that made the whole experience surprisingly comfortable. They also provided clear after-care instructions -- both verbally and in writing -- and made sure I knew I could call with any questions. The level of communication, compassion, and professionalism was remarkable from start to finish. Given the circumstances, this was as positive of an experience as I could have hoped for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Williams and her staff.

Everything went perfectly and I was able to eat almost right away (soft things first, of course).  In 3 days I was back to normal. They even straightened my crooked smile!   I highly recommend Dr. Danielle Williams and her staff at Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Carrollwood.     Sorry it took me so long to review, but I have other health issues.

I was a patient at Exceptional Dental of St. Petersburg in May 2025 for placement of a permanent…read morecrown. During that visit, a dental assistant performed most of the crown fitting and bite adjustment, including taking multiple X-rays and reshaping the crown. The dentist was only present briefly at the end to cement it. Throughout the appointment, the assistant appeared uncertain at times and needed to step away more than once to ask questions or locate materials. Later that same day, an older crown on an adjacent tooth -- which had been stable for years -- came off. I returned to the office, where I was initially told it would need to be re-cemented at my expense. After I questioned this, the office agreed to reattach it at no charge. During the follow-up procedure, I was told that re-cementing the crown was not a permanent solution, but I was not given a clear treatment plan or guidance on next steps. Over time, that tooth failed and ultimately required extraction, bone grafting, and now an implant with a different provider. I can't say with certainty what caused the failure, but the sequence of events began immediately after the crown placement and adjustment at this office. My concern isn't a single outcome, but the process -- specifically the level of supervision during the procedure, unwarranted expense that I would have paid had I not advocated against it, and the lack of a clear follow-up plan when a known issue arose. I'm sharing this for anyone considering treatment here. I would encourage asking detailed questions about who will be performing each part of a procedure and what the plan is if complications occur. And when they suggest a treatment, I'd consult a second opinion and/or ChatGPT before making a decision, especially if the procedure is expensive.

I strongly advise against seeking care at Exceptional Dentistry--a name that unfortunately does not…read morereflect their service. My experience was marked by poor coordination, misdiagnosis, and what appears to be a prioritization of profit over patient care. During my visit, the dentist incorrectly diagnosed my concern and offered no clear path forward except to schedule four separate follow-up appointments--as a new patient each time--due to their inability to align their hygienist (booked out 6-7 months) and doctor (1-2 weeks) schedules. This is a blatant systems failure and a clear sign of disorganization within the practice. What's worse is that rather than fix the scheduling conflict or streamline care, they expected me to disrupt my work and personal life repeatedly to accommodate their inefficiencies. It's a model that seems designed to increase billing opportunities--by dragging out treatment and racking up insurance claims and copays--at the expense of patients' time and well-being. This is not just inconvenient. It's bad practice, and frankly, unethical. If a dental office cannot accommodate its own scheduling or provide consistent care, perhaps they should stop accepting new patients until they can manage their current load responsibly. There is nothing exceptional about this group--except, perhaps, their greed and disregard for patient experience.
