Dion Trottier at the Blossom Hill store was great. Telly listened to my wife and I. We are very happy with our new bed.

I bought an expensive (over $10,000) Kluft king mattress that essentially became two side-by-side hammocks after three years as it started sagging so much. Mancini did not support me any better than the bed. My ten year warranty was worth less than toilet paper. An "independent" adjuster came by and said the sag didn't meet the minimum 2" or so needed for a claim. And additionally, it was stained which voided the warranty. Actually, it was turning colors everywhere - under the pristine white mattress cover. I think the material was either rotting or oozing some chemical from the interior stuffing, activated by our body moisture. In any case, it would appear to be a simple escape clause from the warranty. It's like voiding a car transmission warranty because the paint was fading in the sun. read more

Patronizing this business was one of the worst decisions I made in a full year. I purchased a Tempur Pro Adapt soft queen mattress from this store, and I did it while being influenced by the information provided by the store staff. That included their assessment as to my alignment when laying on it, comments about mattress types, and more. They didn't know what they were talking about. This $3300 mattress is destroying my back. I contacted the store to exchange it one week after the trial period ended (this was during the COVID summer surge). The store offered no support and flat out told me I'd have to buy a new mattress. I filed a warranty claim. The store provided no support whatsoever. The summary: Poor Sales support. Poor customer service. Note: When laying on the mattress, the material continued to sink in, an almost plastic behavior, especially when the mattress was warmed by body heat. In the middle of the night, I could feel my spine was getting tweaked as I had sunk down into the foam. When you file a warranty claim with Tempur, one of the most expensive mattress brands, all they do is to ask you to photograph the mattress, including with a broomstick placed across it. If the mattress appears straight, you lose the claim. They rejected my claim with no explanation. This is the verbatim response that appears to have been written by a lawyer using an automated script: "Unfortunately, we must decline the request as the documentation and pictures provided do not fall within the guidelines of warranty coverage." read more

Bunk Beds!! I came her since they had a sale and I could actually see and touch them to see how they were made versus online stores. The bunkbeds were super nice made of rubberwood and had a nice trundle underneath the bed as well. We purchased in white and the girls love them! Well made and delivered in 3 days and set it all up. This will be a very shot review: 5 stars for the very helpful and competent service. They aligned their price on internet prices, offered delivery and removal of the older bed and box. They offered my the bed frame and a good discount on the box spring. Everything is warrantied 10 years and you have 90 days to return your mattress if you are not satisfied. We were very lucky to have Ruben Gonzalez help us out with purchasing our mattress and head/foot adjustment system. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk/negotiate with, and if you are clear about what you want and where you have more or less budget, you will have a great experience! We did a king bed with a new bedframe. We were initially stuck on the headboard design for a king bedframe, but he ended up finding was that we felt was perfect for our master bedroom. When it was delivered to our new house, the bed seemed to have a mind of its own, aka somehow the automatic bed features would activate on without any input from the remote.
