I prefer to patronize local businesses and have done business with this store in the past. New order had a few hiccups to ensure that all working parts were synced. But not only did the store agent call but so did the warehouse. Every attempt was made to solve the issue. It took a few visits but my product is brand new. Bill helped us and he was great but the delivery people and warehouse service have horrible communication skills and they did not know what they were doing. They could not figure out how to put a kids bed together because there were parts missing. Different deliver people came out 4 times to my house trying to figure it out. Ask for Cory! I have bought furniture and some kids mattresses from this place in the past, but I was planning on making a big purchase, so I wanted to shop around and make sure I was getting the best deal and customer service. We went to a few other mattress stores in town and even in the surrounding areas and Mancini's in Modesto was the winner because of Cory's exceptional customer service. I have horrible back pain, and after going through 2 brand new mattresses in the last 2 years I knew I had to go back to a Tempur-pedic that I had prior to these last 2 mattresses that were not a Tempur-pedic. With the different types of mattresses and the adjustable bases they have now, I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. To sum it up, the other mattress stores did not give my husband and I space to discuss, they were very pushy, some were even rude, and didn't even seem to answer our questions clearly. I noticed that a few of the other sales people at the other places would immediately show me the highest priced mattresses right off the bat. But right when we walked into Mancini's we were greeted by Cory. He was very friendly and most of all, not pushy. He gave us the information we needed, we asked many detailed questions and even if he did not have an answer right away he would make sure to get me an answer. He really does his homework, because we asked some detailed questions. We immediately felt comfortable with him and never felt rushed. He even showed us other options based on the information we gave him (he showed us a myriad of options, price-wise too). You could tell he was trying to get us the best deal possible while listening to what our needs and concerns were and not just trying to sell us the most expensive mattress they had. Because of this I felt like I made the most reasonable decision. I also want to give a shout out to Bill who was also there, and was also very welcoming and friendly! And, to no surprise, we made the best decision based on all the information Cory gave to us. It's been about a week since I've had my new mattress and adjustable base and for the first time in a long time, I have woken up free of back pain.
