This story sounds so effing ridiculous you would think i made it up.. but sadly no. So I went to this Mancinis to buy a bunkbed for my kids. I found one I liked, paid for it, and was satisfied with the customer service etc... but then people are always so nice when they want your money.. So the bed gets delivered, and part of the bed ( a modular loft bed with a trundle type bed on casters is underneath with shelves and drawers on the the sides supporting the bunk bed ) is defective with crooked drawers and screws sticking out where they shouldn't .. just looked helllla janky .. and the bottom leg of the desk chair was cracked. so i call the store and they say okay they will send a replacement. okay great. replacement comes, and two semi retarded barely speaking english Chinese guys pull out of the box a new piece with no defects and a new chair. great then they go to take apart the bed so that they can add the pieces they brought. they unscrew one half of the bed but not the other being lazy and so of course when they go to lift the top bunk up, they fucking crack one of the boards in half. then they set it back down whispering to each other (not knowing I saw the whole thing) and go about their business like nothing happened. so i wait till they go outside and look and sure enough, big ass crack down the middle of the board where the bracket screws onto it. wtf. so i call the store and tell them and they apologize profusely and promise to send out a new top bunk for me the next morning. these guys just got here and they looked very capable and smart and what not so I was relieved when I opened the door... then they come in .. check out the damage, and ask me ..... get ready this is great... "HEY YOU DON'T HAVE ANY TOOLS .. DO YOU ??" WHAT THE HELLLLL!!!! I feel like going to Mancinis and slapping someone. These two assemblers just really came here to take apart and set up a bunk bed with no fucking tools? yep they sure did. Mancinis in antioch I hate you. I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER deal with you or ANY Mancinis for that matter, because these people they send out are not even from their store, they are employed and dispatched by their regional warehouse. so NO mancinis in northern California is safe apparently. Unless you are just ordering a mattress I guess IDK but I bet they would find a way to fuck that up too. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Update: So they came back with tools, and put it together, and then screwed the top of the bed onto the bottom crooked as hell like so crooked you can notice it from ten feet away and they are already gone so I can't make them do it again. Well, the delivery went well but the bed was not my kind of bed. The Englander latex bed, I think, should be used only for adjustable bed. I noticed peeks and valleys in just two weeks. Anyway, I received an exchange with no problems and I have been sleeping on my new Airloom Bed for two days now. I like it! read more

Love my pillow, but hate the customer service! I bought a pillow to be delivered the next day, call to check in and am told it will not come for 2 more days. I could've went to another place for a quicker time! Then when I picked it up and leave, I am called once again to turn around my car, to sign the receipt they forgot! I will never come back to this location, I'd rather drive a little further than deal with their mess again. The last review I wrote must have violated some algorithm yelp has because it was taken off two days after I wrote and submitted it. I actually did mean the things I said. So much so that I'll say them again. Mike Long helped us the first time and since we decided to change mattresses taking advantage of the 90 night guarantee, he helped us again. From the time we met, Mike has done everything he can to help us make a good decision and provide great service. Even though we had all the information we needed, we still were not quite satisfied with our purchase. I bought a mattress from Mancini's about a year ago. The service was great, I didn't feel like I was going to a used car lot like the other mattress stores in the area. I took my time choosing beds, and the sales guys kept a polite distance unless I asked for help. That's my kind of sales experience. He had us try out different ones, and we went with the Serta Perfect Sleeper which had perfect support for my husband's back but soft enough for me to konk out on. We were able to get financing for 24 months interest-free payments which REALLY helped! We're expecting delivery in two days. They're setting everything up and taking our old mattress. BUYER BEWARE. We bought a mattress and bed frame for our daughter. It reeked of fire-retardant chemicals, which isn't Mancini's fault. We called to return the mattress and wooden pallet and mattress cover. They had a policy (which wasn't explicitly stated) that we had to wait 30 days before we can return anything. The manager of the Geary store was very rude when my husband called. In the mean time, the whole thing was off-gassing in my daughter's room. We opened the windows wide everyday, but it didn't help. Finally they took the mattress and pallet away. We kept the bed frane thinking that it wouldn't reek. We were wrong. After a week, we called and were told that they have no return policy on furniture. So we are stuck with this toxic smelling bed frame. We need a new bed for us and of course one for our daughter. They have lost a customer forever. They get zero stars. read more

I went in the store a couple weeks ago and the Store manager Ron helped me. I got an idea of which one I wanted but needed to think about it, and Ron was very customer friendly with no pressure. So, I went back to the store yesterday and almost got one of the icomfort queen mattresses,but right when I was almost ready to make the deal I went and sat on my dream mattress, one of the Airlooms and it happened to be on sale with a rebate but it was still a bit out of my price range. But Ron made me an offer I couldn't refuse so I got my perfect mattress that was really my #1 choice. Ron had GREAT customer service, was very friendly and I could not of asked for a better experience! My mattress has a 20 year warranty so I won't be getting another one for a long time, but I will be back to get the adjustable section. Recently my husband and I were planning on moving and needed a new bed, however we hadnt secure our new place yet, but went into Mancini and tried out beds, ended up purchasing one and they held it for us until we were ready. They had the bed delivered on the day we moved in so we didnt go one night without a bed. However after 3 weeks the bed was killing my back so I just called them and was able to exchange the mattress for the softer plush top and it will be delivered by the end of the week. Their selection is very nice, and the show room is nicely setup and comfortable. The lady that helped us buy our Tempur-pedic was very friendly, and not motivated by commission. However, the experience I had when my bed was delivered was not as good. I told the sales lady in the shop that I wouldn't be home on the delivery day until after 3pm (I get off work at 2pm; home is about a 35 minute drive normally), and she said that wasn't a problem. Someone (not her, another female) called me on the delivery day at 1:55pm and said the delivery men were 5 minutes from my house. I told her I couldn't be home for at least 35 minutes. She said that was fine. Fifteen minutes later, I got another call from yet another different lady, sternly asking me "Where are you? My delivery men have been waiting 40 minutes!" I told her I was about 6 minutes away, and she said "You have 5. Have a nice day." and hung up on me. When I pulled up to my house, the mattress, foundations, frame, and paperwork were all on my porch and the guys were getting ready to leave. Thankfully they saw me and stopped, then actually setup my bed for me. I asked them (they were extremely polite and courteous) how long they had been waiting, and the guy said about 25 minutes before I pulled up. Also, I ordered pillows with my bed, and was told they'd be in within 5 days. It's been a week, and I haven't even gotten a call. Three stars because the sales lady was so nice, and because the delivery guys were so very polite and accommodating. I don't think I'll be going here again. read more
