I just moved in today after having my storage at Cube Smart in Antioch broken into so of course security was of the highest order to me. These wonderful ladies were kind & professional; I left assured that my items would be safe. The office staff at Cube Smart are absolute idiots who had zero concern for what I was going through. Absolutely terrible customer service and disappointing. The real problem is the customer service. I moved out and cleaned my storage unit on the last day of my rent. I told them two to three times that I am moving out on the move out date (8/31). They tell me to call them or leave them a voicemail saying I moved out and that that's all I have to do. I said great, and moved out by the time the office closed. I left a voicemail but the system kept hanging up on me. So I called again saying I left and moved out and left another voicemail saying I moved out. Today, (9/10) they bombard me with an email and a call saying I will get a late payment fee because I haven't paid rent??? So I tell them I been moved out for almost two weeks and they said they will check on the unit and call me back. No call after an hour, I call again and they say, "oh, they are checking on it right now." 2 hours later, I call again because no call back, "oh, we thought there was a lock so we didn't know it was empty so we will have to check again." What?????????? (This is the same person I talked to saying I am moved out and I will be moving out) they still have not called me back and this is frustrating and disappointing I have to even deal with this. It has been a total of 4 hours of waiting for them to "check and call back" and their office hour closes soon so it seem sli read more

I needed a u haul got a it here. They do u haul and storage. We came on a Sunday. It was very easy and fast to rent. Everyone here was very efficient and they had great customer service. This storage gets the job done if your in need for this area! I got a good deal for a 10 x 10. I think they should invest in a nicer bigger dolly and door seals on the ground for the storage entrances so you can roll the dolly wheels in smoothly!
