Sesame chicken, crab ragoon, Lo Mein Noodles, shrimp shumai

My cousin and I were visiting Santa Monica for a week. We ordered from this restaurant 3 DAYS IN A ROW! The food WAS SOO GOOD that we had to come back. The customer service was incredible as well. We were greeted with the upmost kindness! We felt right at home. We ordered the sesame chicken, lo mein, and shrimp shumai, and crab rangoon. & got exactly that everytime. BEST SESAME CHICKEN I EVER HADDDD!

This restaurant is close to our place and has become a go-to when we want inexpensive and quick Chinese. It's not premium quality, but not bad and the price can't be beat.

Mandarin Chinese & Japanese was really nice low key spot on pico. The people inside were really nice and patient and did a good job of recommending some things. It gave off an authentic Chinese restaurant except you can't eat in. The orange crispy shrimp was really awesome the sauce and texture was amazing. It gave off an orange chicken feel but it was shrimp and I enjoyed it a lot. Would definitely recommend. The sweet and sour chicken was good but it definitely could have been seasoned a bit more. The sauce does a good job at carrying the meal itself. The Cream cheese wontons are always great every where they same applies here really solid. /5

I was actually quite impressed by this place. It's a very unassuming place located off of Pico in Santa Monica. It's located near a donut shop and laundromat. If I ever have another craving for Chinese food, this will be my pick! Here's the rundown: Park: ample Service: very friendly and quick Price: slightly cheaper than what I've seen; however, be aware that no entrees come with rice. You have to purchase rice separately but we ordered a large for $1.95 to share Taste: very good! I was also impressed they didn't skimp on the protein! We got a good amount of protein and vegetables! Also nothing was greasy.

I had a very late night craving for some Chinese food and found this family business on Yelp! They were about to close in less than 30 minutes but were super kind to take our order for pick up. Much to our surprise the food was incredibly delicious! I paid for a water which I forgot to grab and this morning no questions asked they told me it was forgotten and I went back to grab it. I ordered the Orange beef, shrimp rice for my friend and a chicken with string beans. Absolutely delicious and so much food! Free parking on the lot.

We are new to the area by way of NYC! My daughter has been missing NYC and so sad we haven't food places that she really likes yet. It's been tough! She dislikes PE and so happy we found this spot! I saw it driving by and thought we could give it a try. It is a take out only place and the service was so friendly. Food was a good salt level and not too oily like most. It took them 10-15 mins to cook up our order. It was tasty and reminded us of that familiar feeling of home (NYC). We ordered: Beef Lomein - we love our noodles! Chicken Fried Rice - perfectly cooked rice and texture was on point Sweet and Sour Pork - this was good and not so salty, came with pineapples, onions and peppers. It comes with the red sweet and sour sauce to pour on your own. Egg Flower Soup (Egg Drop) - this was nice and light not thick/starchy like other take out places. Crispy noodles are our favorite to add. Almond Cookies - have always loved these since I was young. They came as a pack of 10 individually wrapped. Fortune cookies are always a plus! Well, we will be back! Thank you!

Ordered delivery multiple times. Very fast and delicious. Highly recommend the lo mein noodles, eggplant, ma po tofu, walnut shrimp and green beans.

The dipping broth is thick, rich, and flavorful - each bite literally packs a punch to your taste buds in the best way possible, and I'm also a sucker for the seasoned egg that comes with it because it's cooked perfectly. I haven't been back in quite a while since moving to the Long Beach area about six years ago, so I was actually pretty excited to have it again today. Unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. The noodles were too soft, the meat was mediocre, and all I could really taste was a mouthful of soybean paste flavor. The subtle bonito flavor that I remember and loved was completely gone. Instead, everything just tasted overwhelmingly salty. I've heard from friends recently that Tsujita may have changed their recipe, and after today, I have to agree. It's not the same. Something has definitely changed, and unfortunately, it's changed into something I barely recognize from the Tsujita I used to love.

The spicy GOAM with crispy noodles as the base was great, definitely not as much of a spicy flavor as I thought, as it seemed the main source was pickled jalapeños tucked into the layers. I personally am not a fan of a concentrated spicy jalapeño bite so I ended up not getting much spice. However the rest of the pancake was very good! The loaded Kaisen was indeed piled high with seafood, but I thought the flavor was a bit light in the pancake itself. The seafood did seem fresh and tender though! The hamburg omurice was absolutely delicious. Something about their demiglace sauce here was special, I'm usually not a fan but this time I ate every drop! The steak was also tender and juicy, a perfect combination with the dish as a whole. At a late lunch time (2PMish) it wasn't too busy, and service was pretty quick! Shin-Sen-Gumi Chanko was her last recommendation, and she was Japanese so I feel like she would know what legit Japanese food is. :) All the skewers were delicious, the ramen broth we requested to be not too salty and they were able to accommodate. We love the chicken heart so much we ordered seconds. The gizzard skin was the only one I felt like we could have skipped, too chewy for me. My favorite items were the chicken meatballs, they were juicy and flavorful. The spice tuna on crispy rice was ok, the rice was a bit too hard. The cucumber salad was good too, nice was to add some acidity to the menu. Overall good place and I would come back again.
