Omg, you guys!!! My husband introduced me to the Mandy's Supersteak when we first started dating back in high school roughly 15 years ago. I honestly can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. To be completely honest, It's probably because the sandwich is usually gone or I remember to take the dang picture after it's already half gone, LOL. Yes, it is that darn good people! Don't forget extra mayo and extra cheese because that might matter for the extra kick to the tastebuds. If you haven't gotten one yet and you're near by, do yourself a favor and go grab you one of these Pittsburgh wedgies aka the holy grail of wedgies to us! Don't worry, you can thank me later! ;)

My son suggested we order from this place since they have many gluten free and vegan options on their menu. I called ahead and scheduled a pickup at my select time. He had asked for a vegan pizza and a vegan BBQ seiten chicken hoagie. When I arrived I found my order was ready as scheduled however I was shocked that they did not honor my check in offer. With a Yelp check in you are entitled to $5.00 off any order over $35.00. I knew I was spending $40.00 here so I had made the benchmark. The assistant manager told me he had never seen that coupon before-it was a YELP coupon and not one of theirs. I must say that was the first time any business ever turned down a YELP check in coupon. I advised him that others on YELP who frequent this place may do the same thing and get the same coupon so he said he would speak to the owner about it. So full price I paid. Note they do prefer you pay cash because of credit card fees. No biggie here. Then I asked about delivery. I was told they deliver within a 5 mile radius. I asked about Marshall Shadeland. I was told they don't deliver there even though that area is less than 5 miles! Onward-I take the food to my son's house and we began to share the pizza. It was a round style topped with green pepper, onions, and mushrooms. It was good but not great. The cheese tasted different but I guess it is the type of vegan cheese that they use. My son suggested that I use ranch dressing on it because it didn't really resemble cheese in taste. I did enjoy eating it however. Portion sizes are nice and having looked at the hoagie I saw that they give you nice portions there as well. Although I did not have the hoagie my son has had it before and it is one of his favorites. I will give them much credit for the fact that they do have a lot of gluten free and vegan options to choose from in a city that has so little of both. The menu is specific when it comes to ordering vegan-no substitutions! All in all I enjoyed the food but I do wish they would get the above matters straightened out for folks who frequent the place. Located on Perry Hwy in West View, they have their own private parking lot.

Philly hoagie minus the lettuce and tomato.

I ordered Philly steak hoagie . I did not get what I ordered . It comes w mushroom onion green pepper lettuce and tomato. I asked for no green pepper and provolone instead of cheese sauce . It arrived without the lettuce and tomato which I didn't have at home . And it was cold . Needless to say I was a bit disappointed cuz I was really looking forward to a good hoagie. It just wasn't pleasing to my appetite and I didn't even finish a 1/4 of the hoagie.

Mandy's Pizza is consistently fresh and with a menu as vast as theirs, there's always something new to try to keep your taste bud's happy. They have the most extensive vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free offerings for a pizza spot. Incredible! Every single menu item I've tried has been so fresh, filling and delicious. In addition to the traditional pizzeria menu they also serve allergen-free, gluten-free (including pizza, hot hoagies, wings, and pasta), and their vegan menu includes pizza, hot hoagies, wedgies, "chicken" things, salads, etc. 10/10 on every vegan menu item I've tried. Definitely a treat yourself type of menu. The Super flatbreads are essentially a pizza folded in half. The vegan pulled pork flatbread was so good, incredible house made sauce. Love their "chicken" things, and the habanero honey mustard is divine. Steak n' ranch pizza is also fabulous - their house made steak is so tasty. Most everything from the dough to the vegan steak, pulled pork, all their sauces and desserts are made from scratch. Really love their traditional pizza dough. They also offer Sicilian - can't wait to give that a try. Staff is always friendly and order wait times are always accurate, if not quicker.

Even though it was late we were greeted with exceptional customer service and were seated at a table. Our waiter, Remi with an I and not a Y was absolutely fabulous. He made great suggestions and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the 16 inch pepperoni with bacon. My daughter ordered the pepperoni roll and my wife ordered the meatballs and 2 Bianca slices. My wife's name is also Bianca so a double bonus. Our food came out about 15 minutes later and everything was piping hot. To my surprise the pepperoni came with the real bacon strips on top and not your average bacon bits. The sourdough is top notch as well. I ate 6 of the 8 slices while my daughter ate two along with her pepperoni roll. My daughter enjoyed her roll but did wish it had more cheese. My wife enjoyed her meatballs. They give you 4 and are a decent size. She was only able to eat 3. The Bianca slice is a healthy thick slice. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Driftwood. The service was OUTSTANDING (Remi). The food was good. We ended up staying 20 minutes past closing and didn't notice any change in customer service. This place is definitely worth a shot.

This shop will cook your pizza half cooked, as a lot of people like. We like ours well done cooked even longer than maybe the traditional cook time so we always request that. When my son went to pick up our pizza it was already sitting on the counter it had not been 15 since minutes since the order was placed. When he grabbed the box it was kinda wet on the bottom of box so we don't know if they set it on the counter on top of something ,but it was more than just extra sauce and onions that made the soggy like they assumed. We tried to recook it and when we took the pizza out of the box all the cardboard inside of the box was wet like something had been literally poured inside the box. I could barely get it out because it was so soggy it was falling apart. We live less than 5 minutes driving time so it was not from steam and cooking it more once we got home did not help it was that wet.. I have never seen pizza that soggy. I had my son call and they did not offer anything except advice on not to order onions or extra sauce when its humid out. We would have like a re-cooked pizza and to return the one we had especially since we had company. It was too wet to pick up a slice and inedible. So, if the owners see this maybe they'd like to somehow rectify it because now I have to start my grill to feed my company. Furthermore, if a customer orders extra sauce and onions on a pizza that.we are asking to be cooked well done an your only job is to cook pizza, you should advise the customer that it won't be crisp. We've ordered it that way before.. and as I said this was far beyond just soggy it was literally wet..and the 2 that ventured to eat it ,now have a stomach ache. It was most certainly undercooked and so wet it couldn't even be rebaked.
