The Best! From the moment we entered the beautiful office, we felt welcomed. Penny is always smiling and friendly. Diana was very thorough going over costs and the process. Every time my son had a visit, he was treated like a friend. Jacqueline found out my son does competitive gymnastics and she used to compete, so it was fun hearing them talk about it. Angelica remembered that he had his Regional competition and was nervous going up against a kid from Arizona. She asked him right away how it went and shared in the excitement that he won. Andrea and Itza have also been wonderful. Each of them found something in common with him and made him so comfortable. I also like that they allow the parent(s) to be right there interacting and watching everything. Dr. Manfred is very sweet and explains everything at each visit. For me, the personal care is so important, especially for something that could be a little scary/uncomfortable for my child. But, why not get great personal care, great pricing AND amazing results! My son finished Phase 1 of his treatment and I couldn't be happier. His teeth look AMAZING! Beyond my expectations! I paid with a combination of cash and credit card. I got a call from Diana at 7 PM tonight. She was calling to let me know that she accidentally overcharged me $1000. She had already refunded $1000 to my credit card and was calling to let me know. It's not easy to admit to a new customer that you made a mistake, but her honesty and professionalism really sealed the deal for me.
