After spending nearly an entire day pulled over on the side of the road and trying to figure out what to do, we eventually had our vehicle towed to Ramco and stayed overnight at a hotel. We truly couldn't have ended up at a better place. From the very beginning, Ramco was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair. They took the time to explain everything to us, were completely transparent about our options, and never made us feel pressured or like they were taking advantage of a stressful situation. Because we were traveling and dealing with an unexpected vehicle problem, I wanted to make sure we were getting the right information. I reached out to my brother-in-law, who works for San Diego Police Department (SDPD) and is responsible for the mechanical work on their vehicles. I explained everything Ramco had told us, and he gave me the exact same explanation and diagnosis. That gave me a tremendous amount of confidence and reassured me that Ramco was being completely honest with us and that we were not being taken advantage of. I paid $167 for the oil change done at AZ Auto Clinic and felt that was far too high. Other than the oil change price, I am pleased with everything at AZ Auto Clinic and will continue to take my Nissans there for repairs.

He agreed to get it ready for me to tow by installing the tow package and a braking system. I bought the vehicle on his word. Two months later he advised me that the car had collision damage but he would get that fixed. The owner of this establishment is nothing but a liar and con man. He never notified me at any time that the vehicle had MAJOR damage to the frame, sub frame, etc. He sent it to On Point Collision to do the cosmetic work, (which was sub standard and sloppy), did not install the components he was supposed to but would not take any responsibility for anything. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON!
