Staff is extraordinarily helpful and is focused on getting the job done. The only potential negative is that the prices seem a little inflated. That said they had made one repair for me, which turned out to be faulty ... but I didn't notice it for a couple months, and they got it back in and fixed it at no charge... so all in all, no complaints read more

The shop did a terrible job on my truck. Broke an item on my truck, left hoses loose and not secured. Did not reconnect vacuum hose. Awful place. Go somewhere else. Shop stated that the broken item was already broken when the truck entered their shop. read more

I took my 2002 VW Jetta TDI to two other repair shops. One shop told me they did not have the software to diagnose a VW diesel. They referred me to a second shop who told me I needed an ABS module and they could not find one. I called a third repair and they told me they do not work on diesels. The shop suggested I contact Mango Automotive. I chatted on line with Daniel Balledteros. I explained I was told I needed an ABS module and could he order one or have mine sent and repaired. Daniel recommended their shop diagnose the ABS light first before he had me spend the money. I made an appointment and brought my Jetta in. Daniel was very polite and informative. He wrote up a repair order and told me he would call later that day or tomorrow morning. I picked the car today. Mango could not find anything wrong with the ABS module and pump. Daniel had three different technicians drive my car for a total of fifty miles, trying to recreate the problem. His technicians could not duplicate it. They performed an inspection and found the front marker lights on both sides burnt out. I had them replace both with led bulbs. Daniel also said my K & N filter needed to be cleaned. I cannot say enough good things about Daniel and Mango. He told me the next time I came in for service they would arrange to have me driven home. I explained I lived about 15 miles away. Daniel said no problem, Mango takes care of their customers. He told me if the ABS light came on again to bring it right back to their shop. There would be no charge to further diagnose the ABS issue. Daniel also explained their 60 months/60,000 warranty. I told him from now on I would be bringing my three vehicles to Mango. We needed to rent a U-haul truck to move a small house of furniture and possessions from Yuma to Buckeye,AZ. A slight change is pickup location caused us to have to get the truck at Mango Automotive. We called them and they were closed on Saturdays. The day that we needed to get the truck. I seriously shout out to Martha M. This is an update to my review of 4/28 The major issue with my car at this time is that the water pump was installed with bolts that after a week were only finger tight allowing the pump to move. To give the mechanic the benefit of the doubt he either didn't or couldn't tighten the bolts as required. This is an error I find hard to understand or accept. I hate to think what would have happened had we taken the car out of town with this issue. The company did reach out to me in hopes of making things right but to be honest I wouldn't feel comfortable or trust any more work to be done on my car. Such a simple thing as tightening bolts could have been avoided had more care and attention been given to the job at hand I realize mistakes happen no one is perfect but how could this step be missed and the rest of the install be done with a loose pump read more

Charged me $400 to give me a very very overpriced quote for repairs. They did not tell me upfront that they would charge that much and no offer to take that money spent off the repair bill. I would have not had that evaluation done had I known of those charges. In addition, they wanted to charge to clean the air filter....it's a disposable and cannot be cleaned. Quality control could have been better. They forgot two nuts on the powerstroke cover on the motor. I replaced them myself. Price was in line for oil change and fuel filter change. Brake quote for rears was way out of line. 2nd opinion with wheels off shows no cracking only normal wear a few scratch marks at best. read more

I stopped at Mango Automotive as I had some battery trouble this morning while leaving from a campsite in my RV. I stopped in without an appointment to see if they would test my battery condition. They responded they would but I would need to wait awhile. The mechanic came out and checked my battery condition and reported that it was a good battery and my alternator was showing good condition as well. They did not charge me although I guess they could have. I'm so thankful they reassured me about my battery and did it as a favor and good customer service.
