Came in for laser genesis full face for redness and texture. The process was no more than 15 minutes and painless! The laser made my face warm but not hot and it went over the area's multiple times. After only one treatment I see a more homogeneous texture to my skin and even tone. I recommend this treatment for anyone looking for simple rejuvenation of their skin texture/tone, removal of dark spots, or reduction of capillaries in the skin! I had 3 Aviclear laser treatment for acne done at this place. $$3000 usd was a waste of time and money not well spent. 3 incorrectly applied Aviclear treatment done back in March of this year and today October 30 of this year. I still having acne problem, I usually don't give reviews but because it was not a good me I have to do it. I was so mad because they call me to come back for a retouch back on September and they make me wait for 3 1/2 hours just to look a my face and not do anything at all and to asked me to buy product from them. They aren't professional. I felt discriminated because, every time I was there for a treatment. I had asked them to give me a copy of my receipt and they always lied saying that the printer is not working. I had asked them to send it by email but I never once I got a email from them, but I saw a few times that they gave it to white peoples. I am not black but some other race. I cannot recommend Manhattan Aesthetic, my experience with them wasn't good. I still dealing with acne. Don't waste your time and $$$. read more

To start, I was nervous about booking any place for a VI Peel because i saw mixed reviews for certain establishments. I read that some offices were rude to customers who used Groupon (this was so odd to me being that companies willingly offer a deal,lol). Any who, this was not the case for Manhattan Aesthetics. It was really cool because i was truly taken care of!! The patience, I was here for It lol. Furthermore, This Place is so so so clean and welcoming. When i got in, I was greeted by the receptionist, offered water, and filled out forms on the biggest ipad I ever seen in my life. I didnt even know they came this big lol. In addition, I came in for a reg VI Peel and ended up leaving with the VI Peel Precision Plus. This was fine with me, since I had did my my own research (This was great might I add, because they were not aware of my own research, so I was educated on the differences. I say this because i wasn't sold anything just because they wanted profit. My aesthetician truly cared about my outcome and comfort.) The Precision Plus targets acne and hyperpigmentation which I had, where as the others target different things. It was an addition charge, but well worth it. I forgot my aesthetician's name but she was so nice and walked me through everything. Anyway, I just finished my peel and It took a week for the bigger sections to peel. I've had 3 IPL photo facials at MA and so far so good. The pain is exactly what people described that of a rubber band snap but not as painful. The results are gradual so you shouldn't expect to notice results the next day but you will notice improvement after about a week. I had these brown sun spots on my forehead and upper lip that are totally gone now. I actually went to MA for rosacea and that too has improved. The staff is very nice. However I was somewhat disappointed with the results. I am in very good shape but I have some fat on my side's and front. I saw some reduction on my flanks some some in front but it's hard to tell. I expected to see some fat reduced around my navel and there was none. I also lost weight on my own so it's hard to tell how much is from that. I'm not sure it's worth the money unless the cost is no problem for you. I would have confused to workout and diet on my own and lose another 7 pounds. read more

Day 1 : While researching SculptSure I found a groupon deal at Manhattan Aesthetics. I quickly called and spoke with Craig. It is clear that Craig is very knowledgeable about the procedure as he answered all my questions. At the end of our conversation I made an appointment for the next day. Day 2 : I arrived at the office which is conveniently located close enough to the 33rd street path station. The office is bright and clean. Once I was there I was greeted by Craig and my SculpSure technician Olga. I filled out some paperwork and then was immediately taken to the exam room with Olga. The procedure was uncomfortable at best, no excruciating pain like some have wrote on other reviews. It felt like minor cramps, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being intolerable, the pain was like a 4. The 25 mins went pretty quick. I look forward to see the results over the next 6 to 12 weeks. If positive I will certainly return for a second treatment to do my flanks. I'd make sure to ask for Olga again, she is fantastic. Update : Week 6 While they claim I'm not likely see any results until week 6 to 12, that was happily untrue for me. I'd say I started to see slight changes after the second full week. Let me tell you my story. Im 42 years old back in September of 2017 and I weighed 237 lbs at 6'1.5" tall. While that may not sound like a lot, on me, it was all in my gut. Skinny legs and big belly. Not good ! So I decided to go on a strict healthy eating diet and join a gym. A full four full months later, I weighed in at 194lbs. While the scale was at a good number, and the waist line was many inches smaller, and not to mention clothes fit me much better, I still had a gut. I believe they call it skinny fat. I continued my eating and exercising routine to May of 2018 but the scale hadn't budged off 194, I have seemed to plateau. Now all I wanted to lose was belly fat but as you know, you cannot spot lose weight. I really couldn't afford to lose anymore mass anywhere else on my body. So I turned to Sculptsure. Now I'm at the end of week 6 since the procedure, I'm still doing the same routine however now I am starting to see abs, and more inches off my waistline. The scale shows my weight dropped to 180 lbs. Mind you, I've never had abs my whole life, and I would of never have thought that it was possible for me now to have abs at the age of 43. So while I can't say Sculptsure was the only thing I did to rid myself of fat, I do believe it helped a great deal to get past the plateau, and spot lose the fat. It was my first venture out after the pandemic and I was so impressed with everything about the clinic from friendly desk staff to clean offices and mostly the extensive and apparent safety precautions taken. I have cool sculpted the area twice without success so I was hesitant but had such a great experience with emsculpt I decided to take the leap. I am so happy I did. My experience getting SculpSure at Manhattan Aesthetics was top of the line. The people there are incredibly friendly and the office is spotless and gorgeous. The process of SculpSure is much more efficient than Cool Sculpting, it is less painful and takes less time. I was targeting my abs and as they mentioned it would be, the first 5 minutes is challenging but once I was acclimated to the heating and cooling sensations (plus my tech did massage my legs during) it was easy and I was done in 25 minutes. Afterward there was no pain or redness so I decided to do more applicators on my lower back (love handles). The follow up is to simply massage the area twice a day and drink lots of water.
