If I could give a 0 I would I'm here as a dasher to pick up an order the order is supposed to be picked up at 7:04. I arrived at quarter of and they were just coming in the building so I'll go inside to ask the gentleman if the order will be ready on time Indian gentleman I suppose he stands there and stares at me. I ask him again will the order be ready on time? He gives me this nasty disposition then says you have to wait I said sir I am waiting. I'm just asking you will order to be ready. I see you just got in the door if it's gonna be late. I want to notify the customer. He proceeds to argue with me and then finally says that the order will be ready. Well is 702 and the order isn't ready yet so we'll see what happens. Don't come to this place guys this guy has a very nasty attitude towards people in general. Came in before my family went to the beach. I get the same thing every time at Manhattan Bagel: A garlic bagel with cream cheese, avocado, sunny side up egg, and Swiss cheese. I've gone here for years and I've never gotten a different order. I told the cashier my order and I had to correct her not once, not twice, but three times. Each of which she asked the same questions that I already answered. We spent 40 dollars, waited 20 minutes, and we left! When I opened my bagel, no cream cheese. I walked in and asked for a side of cream cheese because I asked for it 3 times and the manager/owner started arguing with me. I told him I asked for cream cheese and the girl kept messing up my order, 3 times! He argued with me for a couple minutes then asked me for 80 cents for the cream cheese. I said no and walked out. My father went back in and argued with him, we got our 80 cent cream cheese! Btw.. totally not worth it. The food was extremely mid. read more

I enjoy a latte and a bagel from this place. Having moved here from New York City 8 months ago, I miss the bagels. However today I came in and an older man maybe Indian or Middle Eastern took my order. When I said I would like a latte with no foam, he simply starred at me in a rude manner. I had to repeat myself several times but clearly he was in a bad mood or something. My point is that a normal conversation could have occurred but instead he acted like a misogynistic rude jerk. Staff is so nice. They have little bagel dog treats! I once had an issue ordering with Grubhub as the driver never picked up the order and the manager reached out to me and said I can pick it up if I'd like he would get it ready for me whenever I was ready so it would be hot. Love it here, closest thing to my beloved north jersey and New York bagel shops. read more

I paid extra for EXTRA turkey bacon. My total came out to somewhere around $9.40 with the addition of the soggy hashbrown. My extra turkey bacon is 1 1/2 pieces cut in half and towered on the bagel. Such a rip off and never coming here again. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

Located in a busy shopping plaza in Mays Landing the food is here is good if I'm running errands and craving a mid-day breakfast meal and don't feel like riding out to Somers Point for Hot Bagel. I tried the bagels after a long time. I called in my order to be able to pick it up. I ordered the half dozen value pack. I told the person on the phone 3 onion and 3 sesame. I told him we would be there in about an hour. When we got there, my husband went in to get the order. It took a long time for him to come back. When he got back to the car, it was not my order. When we got home later, I found it was a variety pack--only 1 onion and no sesame. When I ate one, it tasted stale. I won't go back again! read more

The food is actually pretty good the drinks are way too expensive. My main problem with the place is that 1/5 times they will mess up my order and usually put something on there that I didn't want. Usually egg or cheese, or they will forget something. If not for getting my orders wrong (and it also takes a very very long time for them to make my food). I would go here far more often. But most because of those 2 reasons I can head here before work and even when I do go here I have to constantly worry about getting the wrong sandwich. read more

I've been there about 3 time in the past week because my small children have taken turns getting sick and I have been home with them. So we have had breakfast there and every time we have been well taken care of! Nice & Polite service and they even wrapped things up for us we didn't finish there to go! I've never had a fantastic or horrible experience here. Food is average and over-priced. Staff is OK, but they are understaffed for their lunch rush. Coffee is decent. Very disappointed! I got there 6:05pm after checking my phone to see if they were open. It said they were open till 10pm. I was excited as I was hankering for a roast beef bagel. Walked in and there were three young guys in there who told me they were closed and I told them it said it was open till 10 PM online... they just said sorry we closed at six. Hours say they open at 7am. I arrived on the 5th of Ocgtober and got there at 0710, lights were off, door was open. I walked in and the man behind the counter said that the bagels weren't delivered yet and I could get a cup of coffee. Heres the thing, I am the most laid back person that doesn't let this stuff get to me but I feel that over the past few years customer service has been going to the wayside. If you don't start cracking these businesses in the back they will continue the downslide. If the bagels can't get delivered until after 7am, heres some advice....open after 7am when you know they will be delivered. Heres another thing, you business owners need to know that you aren't doing us a favor as the consumer. WE are doing you a favor by patronizing your business. My wife owns a business, works late, and I know how these situations are supposed to be handled. Let me begin by saying that this place is ridiculously overpriced. We bought 4 breakfast sandwiches (no sides) & 3 drinks (small bottle of OJ, medium coffee & a water bottle) & spent a little under $40. Ridiculous! Aside from the prices, the service is subpar at best. We don't come here that often, so after we ordered, we naturally went to the next register to pay. Once there, we were RUDELY told that we would have to wait for our sandwiches to be ready before we could pay. Since we were in a bit of a rush, we asked to pay ahead of time anyway to save us some time. The worker rudely said we could pay for the drinks only, but would have to wait to pay for the sandwiches & then he just walked away. 10 minutes later, we got the sandwiches & paid for them. All in all, they were well made and good. While looking at the receipt (still in disbelief of the high price tag for what we got), my fiancé realized we were charged for an "open food" item in the amount of about $2.50. My fiancé went up to the register to see what that charge was for. The worker accused us of having 4 drinks (we didn't because it was just the 2 of us & we were bringing the 2 other sandwiches home) & when my fiancé told him that we only got 3, he said, "Are you sure you didn't get 4 drinks?" After going back & forth with him, he finally refunded us that extra charge. Needless to say, we will never go here again. I would highly suggest that you stay away too. read more
