I never received my three garlic rolls. The caesar salad was brown and translucent from being frozen. Inedible. I didn't know that pizza crust could be burnt and soggy at the same time but this one was. The pasta was overcooked and under seasoned. I order delivery about twice a week every week and this was by far the WORST food I've ever received. When i reached out to them they refused to give me a refund on any of it. read more

I ordered a deep dish Spinach and Goat Cheese pizza and a regular build your own original crust (sausage snd mushroom) from Manhattan Chicago Pizzeria. The build your own wasn't much better than a frozen pizza I could've bought at the grocery..however, the deep dish Spinach and Goat Cheese was unique and tasty. Although I could not taste the goat cheese, which is odd given the strong distinct taste it normally has, this pizza was good. If I ever go back, it's definitely what I would order. read more

The worst pizza I've ever been served. We picked up a large with mushrooms and sausage . When we got home and opened the box it was burnt, dried out with shriveled up mushrooms. We took it back and they refused to issue me a credit. First time trying this restaurant and will never again. Don't eat here!!! read more

Very disappointed. Ordered grandmas pizza, after waiting over 1 jr to be cooked, still raw. Airfry wings were more like microwaved inedible. Caprise Salad had soggy tomatoes, barely any mozzarella, and moldy basil also inedible. Chef offered us chicken Parm for our wait and it was ok but spaghetti had no sauce. Overall we will put this Restuarant on the no fly list. $45.90 later. Told Manager I would bring back food and show what his staff put out and all he could offer was another pizza. This would have to go up a couple of notches to be awful. We ordered a Chicago style pizza and the website said it would be ready in 45-50 minutes. When we arrived, 50 minutes later, they said it would be ready in about another 10 minutes. After going to the grocery store, we came back and it was STILL not ready. When they did give it to us, it was not hot and was basically just an overcoat of Mozzarella. I have been to New York and Chicago and this was not as good as a walk-up pizza place there. Service was good. We ordered one regular pizza with pepperoni and sausage as well as a Chicago pizza. We really didn't care for either one. We felt the crust had no flavor. Toppings were good and sauce was ok. For me the crust needs to have flavor and this was lacking. read more

I tried to order a pizza here on Saturday Feb 23rd but was told that it would be 3 hours, so I left. On Sunday the 24th, I called at 5:30 PM and ordered a 16 inch pizza and garlic rolls. Mind you, I did not order a Chicago deep dish, just a regular pizza. I was told it would be 40-45 minutes. I got there at 6:25 PM. Waited, waited, and finally after asking, was told at 7PM that I would have my pizza. The owner had to make it as it was him, a lady working the front, and a guy making pizzas. They also almost forgot my garlic rolls. Two hours after I first ordered, at 7:30 PM, I was out the door with my food. The garlic rolls had too much garlic and were bitter. The pizza was okay. The next day, my wife and I both had stomach issues. I blame the garlic rolls. I know they just opened but I don't know that I can eat there again after getting sick. read more

This place is not the most efficient in terms of getting quick pizza. However, it's amazing pizza. It is absolutely worth the wait. The Chicago is great- just call about an hour ahead or so. The owners are super nice. All the dough and sauce are made in house. It's a great pizza place. read more

Wha a disappointment ! Took forever to make then when finally got it I was so hungry that I went ahead and ate the worst pizza I've ever had. The name suggests that you'll get a pizza like up north. This is the LAST time I order from here. Was a huge fan when they 1st opened. Tonight was the the last straw. Ordered a side of Meatballs with one of my meals and what was served was still cold (microwaved) meatballs that You can buy at the grocery store. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and what I got was a cold ( looked like it had been sitting in the box all day) pizza with was barely enough cheese to call it a pizza. Amazing. I can't believe we have pizza this good in Gainesville. I was skeptical at first because it's located on the side of Ingles across from a retirement center on the quiet side of town...but I am so glad I listen to a recommendation from someone who was originally from CT. Ordered from here twice now using delivery. Both times we've had issues. First time they forgot half of our order. Second time we ordered at 6:13pm and didn't get our food delivered till 2 hours later. Food is good, service not so great. DON'T do delivery. Not worth it!!! Very slow. And we just ordered the regular NY style pizza. Disappointed!!!! read more

If they didn't forget my extra topping and throw the raw mushrooms on top of my pizza after it was cooked I'd give them a 4, but that wasn't nice. They did own up to it and gave my topping money back, but I shouldn't have had to ask... Cheese was a little salty too, but all in all much better than the typical chain pizza. read more

Great food if the right people are working. The owner is a great guy, but not the guy working August 9th. I tried to call and order a pizza three times. First call he answers and right after I say I want to order a pizza for pickup *click*. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I called back a second time. When I said I just called and the last call must've been dropped *click*. Now I was mad! Only got him to answer one more time and sure enough the second he heard my voice *click*. After that he wouldn't answer the phone. So I drove over and confronted him about it. His excuse was that the phone line was messing up and dropping calls all day. I know how unlikely that is since it's a landline and I literally heard the phone being hung up. So I decided to hang out, order some wings and see what the deal was. Twice the phone rang while I was sitting in the front and he just walked away and would not answer the phone while I was there. Then I heard some children in the back of the kitchen and some other adult voices telling them to be quiet. Then right when my wings were done another guy just walked on out. No idea if he was an employee or not though. If he was that's just sad that between two people they won't answer the phone and just hang up on customers! You better believe that when I left I called back and sure enough he decided to answer now that I was gone. I returned the favor and hung up on him. read more
