Facility: Well kept and maintained facility and the waiting area was nice. Lots of snacks if you get hungry or thirsty. Value: Great value for the service I received (dent removal was more than reasonable and didn't kill my bank account). My wife is using the monthly car wash service and is loving it. I have taken my and my spouse's cars, my two classic cars and my RV there regularly for cleaning and detail services. Up until recently, I would have given a great 4 or 5 star review. Sadly, things have changed. I am posting this so nobody else has to go through what I am going through. If you take your car to this car wash, ABSOLUTELY check the entire car for damage. After many years of great service there, I never thought to do this. Then, I brought my new Lincoln Nautilus there to be cleaned. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that the person who cleaned it was not with my car. I was a bit time constrained, so I asked another employee who cleaned it so I could give him my tip. The man who cleaned it was on the other side, cleaning a car that just came out of the wash. The employee gave him my tip, and I went to my car, went home and parked it in my garage. Two days later, I took my car out of the garage to load some items in the trunk. When doing so, I noticed that the tires had not been shined. While looking down, I noticed a small but deep dent low down on my drivers door (please note that the photos do not show how deep the dent is). I am 6'4" so did not see it when I picked up the car from the car wash. Over those two days, my car was parked in my garage, without being used and no car or anything on the left that could have made such a deep dent. Now I know why my tires weren't shined and why the guy who cleaned it was far away from my car, and wouldn't even make eye contact when the other employee gave him my tip. He didn't finish the job and wanted to avoid me because he knew he dented my car. By the looks of the small but deep dent, it seems that he banged my door against the wash machine equipment or some other equipment, not another car. I tried to get a dent removal service to take it out and they cannot do it because it is at the seam of the door. Now, every time I go to my car, I can't help but notice the dent. I absolutely love my car, my most expensive and favorite car I have ever owned, yet I get sad each time I use my car seeing that dent. I will now have to take it to a body shop to repair, which I know will not be cheap, and doubt they will be able to match the special pearl tri-coat paint with the rest of the car. Needless to say, I have been washing my cars on my own and will not return. Very sad that one employee ruined a long business relationship. If he had just owned up to it instead of hiding, things would be much different.

I was warmly greeted by Tracy and he was super honest and upfront with what I wanted for my car interior detailing. He gave me a fair price and time estimate, I left my keys with him and walked to you the shopping center 3 blocks up for a late lunch before my 3:30pm appointment. I came back 45-50 minutes later and my baby car looked immature. Tracy and his team member completely exceeded my expectations!! The exterior looks amazing and they literally removed 98% of the Golden Retriever hair in my car. This place is s lot closer to my place and Tracy was super loveable. He told me they are closed Sundays and he definitely impressed me with his work. I look forward to coming back here to Tracy again when I need another detail!

They restored it so quickly, within 15-20 min of time. Now the headlights look brand new again on my 8-year old car! 2 years ago, I tried the same service at Rock N Roll Car Wash down the street, but they only got 80% of the haze off and struggled, passing the polish tool among 3 different employees and taking much more time before they could make progress.

Cars need to be clean daily like humans lol. Since that particular last unpleasant encounter here, I still come here to get my car wash to see if they have improved. It's been better. I notice morning times are the best services ever due to older staff and young staff being more attentive and accommodating. When it's later in the day after 5pm is when they were under staffed which should be at least 3 staff working at each 3 major stations. 1. The station where the cars first enter to see license plate. 2. At the computer to go through the wash thru. 3. In the office. Having only 2 staff is just not enough unless each 2 staff are so efficient and so attentive not missing a beat to the 3 stations I stated above. Today I had the chance to meet their new manager, David. Nice guy who was polite to me and accommodating. He apologized for last particular encounter and I appreciate that about him. Just glad you guys are improving. But I'm sure this company is rich (having an accounting office in Beverly Hills) so it wouldn't hurt to have at least 3 staff members at each 3 stations working. So no customers including myself won't ever feel helpless like I felt the last particular encounter because there was no staff helping me at all at the entrance etc. Customer service is everything to me and I'm sure to many people of customers out there as well. I for one am #1 in customer service, being my service is always top notch that all my old and new clients are so attached to me. Boy do I have great stories lol. That's why when I go places, if I see any customer service that suck, it's very disappointing. But when I see any customer service that is great and even impressive, it's so refreshing. I'd like to keep coming here for a long time as I have been so I hope they always have only best customer service here. Never let any customers feel helpless here not even one. Great vacuum suction, plenty of trash cans and I love when there's an attendant at the pay stations, it makes the process go by much faster. Not great are the soap and/or water systems. Seems this visit, soap was not dispensed from the first third of the soap arch. The intense water spray helped but the entire back side of my car was dirty. Perhaps something could be adjusted or maybe I should get the attention of a manager next time. Convenient, yes. Thorough, not exactly.

He removed it quickly and didn't charge me anything. I have been meaning to come back sooner, for a detail and wax. Mark gets booked up pretty quickly, so I just planned it out in advance. I drive Lyft and Uber off and on, and I also did Doordash for 6 months. Over that time, dirt built up under the seat, spilled coffee, etc... Mark made the inside of my car look new! It shined like I drove it off of the lot! I opened the hood and that was all clean and shiny too! I had a few things in my center console and in the trunk, so I told Mark he could skip those areas. He cleaned up everything anyway, which is a bonus! My mom is going to get her SUV detailed, since she knows how happy I am with Mark's service!

Borys did a truly excellent job detailing my family's three vehicles. For each vehicle, he spent…read moreabout 3 hours total. His interior detail was most excellent, he made my cars look new inside - I'm not sure how he was able to clean the perforated leather seats so well! Great work dude! On the exterior, I watched Borys use a bucket of water with something like Optimum No Rinse. He then used claybar to remove surface imperfections, and finished up with a polish and sealant job using a polishing machine. I don't remember the exact products used, but he spent quite a while and quite a few different pads on the process, so it was very well done. Now, I hired Borys to detail my Jeep first. After he left I took a good look at it: The interior was perfect! On the outside, Borys used some kinda black plastic restoration product that made the cowl piece (black plastic by the windshield wipers) look unbelievably new. The paint surfaces overall were very good, there were some surface imperfections he couldn't get out, but I believe you'd need a far more expensive "paint correction" for that. I was so impressed I asked him for an appointment to come back and detail our other cars, one just 6 months old and one about 7 years old. To be honest, I was most impressed with Borys' work on our 7 year old Cadillac. Look at it! It doesn't look that does it. AWESOME work! Everything looks better than I'd expect to see in a showroom lol. So yeah, easily 10/10. I will definitely hire him again. I'll be telling all my friends too!
