A bad movie script. 20 mins later car was washed and vacuumed. Windows windexed. They didn't get some of the schmutz on the seats. So - like I said. It was fine. No better than something I couldn't do myself at a coin-op car wash for 10$ out the door. Which is where I'll go from here on out.

Had excellent and awesome service today and the waxed car makes it feel like new. Small rear dent in my tailgate was fixed by Big Joe and doesn't even feel like it was there. Facility: Well kept and maintained facility and the waiting area was nice. Lots of snacks if you get hungry or thirsty. Value: Great value for the service I received (dent removal was more than reasonable and didn't kill my bank account). My wife is using the monthly car wash service and is loving it. Get you wash done often though to take advantage of the savings. Also do not forget to tip well because the crew works hard and out in the sun.

They restored it so quickly, within 15-20 min of time. Now the headlights look brand new again on my 8-year old car! 2 years ago, I tried the same service at Rock N Roll Car Wash down the street, but they only got 80% of the haze off and struggled, passing the polish tool among 3 different employees and taking much more time before they could make progress.

Cars need to be clean daily like humans lol. Since that particular last unpleasant encounter here, I still come here to get my car wash to see if they have improved. It's been better. I notice morning times are the best services ever due to older staff and young staff being more attentive and accommodating. When it's later in the day after 5pm is when they were under staffed which should be at least 3 staff working at each 3 major stations. 1. The station where the cars first enter to see license plate. 2. At the computer to go through the wash thru. 3. In the office. Having only 2 staff is just not enough unless each 2 staff are so efficient and so attentive not missing a beat to the 3 stations I stated above. Today I had the chance to meet their new manager, David. Nice guy who was polite to me and accommodating. He apologized for last particular encounter and I appreciate that about him. Just glad you guys are improving. But I'm sure this company is rich (having an accounting office in Beverly Hills) so it wouldn't hurt to have at least 3 staff members at each 3 stations working. So no customers including myself won't ever feel helpless like I felt the last particular encounter because there was no staff helping me at all at the entrance etc. Customer service is everything to me and I'm sure to many people of customers out there as well. I for one am #1 in customer service, being my service is always top notch that all my old and new clients are so attached to me. Boy do I have great stories lol. That's why when I go places, if I see any customer service that suck, it's very disappointing. But when I see any customer service that is great and even impressive, it's so refreshing. I'd like to keep coming here for a long time as I have been so I hope they always have only best customer service here. Never let any customers feel helpless here not even one. Great vacuum suction, plenty of trash cans and I love when there's an attendant at the pay stations, it makes the process go by much faster. Not great are the soap and/or water systems. Seems this visit, soap was not dispensed from the first third of the soap arch. The intense water spray helped but the entire back side of my car was dirty. Perhaps something could be adjusted or maybe I should get the attention of a manager next time. Convenient, yes. Thorough, not exactly.

It is very hard to pull in here. Try to come during the work day when maybe there are less people. I made the mistake of coming at noon on Saturday. It was PACKED. 2. BRING A BOOK! It took at least 1.5 hours. Also, even though it was VERY thorough, they did not wash the rubber floor mats. I thought they would. Every other surface was thoroughly washed / wiped. Next time, I will request that explictly.

He removed it quickly and didn't charge me anything. I have been meaning to come back sooner, for a detail and wax. Mark gets booked up pretty quickly, so I just planned it out in advance. I drive Lyft and Uber off and on, and I also did Doordash for 6 months. Over that time, dirt built up under the seat, spilled coffee, etc... Mark made the inside of my car look new! It shined like I drove it off of the lot! I opened the hood and that was all clean and shiny too! I had a few things in my center console and in the trunk, so I told Mark he could skip those areas. He cleaned up everything anyway, which is a bonus! My mom is going to get her SUV detailed, since she knows how happy I am with Mark's service!

Borys did a truly excellent job detailing my family's three vehicles. For each vehicle, he spent…read moreabout 3 hours total. His interior detail was most excellent, he made my cars look new inside - I'm not sure how he was able to clean the perforated leather seats so well! Great work dude! On the exterior, I watched Borys use a bucket of water with something like Optimum No Rinse. He then used claybar to remove surface imperfections, and finished up with a polish and sealant job using a polishing machine. I don't remember the exact products used, but he spent quite a while and quite a few different pads on the process, so it was very well done. Now, I hired Borys to detail my Jeep first. After he left I took a good look at it: The interior was perfect! On the outside, Borys used some kinda black plastic restoration product that made the cowl piece (black plastic by the windshield wipers) look unbelievably new. The paint surfaces overall were very good, there were some surface imperfections he couldn't get out, but I believe you'd need a far more expensive "paint correction" for that. I was so impressed I asked him for an appointment to come back and detail our other cars, one just 6 months old and one about 7 years old. To be honest, I was most impressed with Borys' work on our 7 year old Cadillac. Look at it! It doesn't look that does it. AWESOME work! Everything looks better than I'd expect to see in a showroom lol. So yeah, easily 10/10. I will definitely hire him again. I'll be telling all my friends too!

I always have had a good experience at this car wash, ever since I was a kid. Now it's a much…read morecheaper option over the drive thru car washes but that does not mean it is as easy as a drive thru. This is a drive up, bay spray wash that has selections once started. I always recommend the $6 12 minute wash as it gives you time to clean just about every part of the exterior. They recently added scrub brushes for the "wheel and engine cleaner" in some bays. The pressure varies but most bays have good pressure. They have change machines to exchange to dollar coins for the machine and they also take tap and credit card, which is a huge plus. They also have a selection of accessories and vacuum cleaners for the cars after the wash. Very affordable and easy to use. I always grab a tree and a dry cloth for $1 to help dry it off after. The only times I've ever had a problem, both were taken care of and resolved. One was a machine shorted me one dollar (which never happened before) and the owner had Venmo the dollar. Another time was a machine was jammed, and I mean jammed packed, with dollar coins someone had put in too quickly. I lost my first two dollar coins but the owner came on over asked what was going on and told him. He immediately asked if I could pay cars and he would take care of it as soon as possible. Well I washed my car and ended up getting the $2 back as I saw $7-$8 dollar coins just pour out of the slide that feeds the machine. Again this place does close at a certain time and you may have to check the lines as it could get busy at times but, imo, it is worth it and I recommend this place, especially if you just need a quick, easy wash. That's the only reason it's 4/5. The last few times I have been in line, been cut once (strangely that cut lead me to a bay that had 6 mins still going, score!) I recommend heading down to Vista Del Mar or the airport back road to dry it off, just takes a little bit of speed and a $1 dry cloth to get ur car spotless and clean.

It's not yet updated here on Yelp, but the hours are from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm and the place is called "Squeak's Car Wash." I came in the morning and it felt safe, located near downtown El Segundo. Being able to use credit card for the wash is a huge plus. Make sure to read the instructions because there's a way to stop the charging if you finish early by pressing the button down for two seconds. I ended up spending only $8 for my wash and the machine told me so in the end. I was very impressed with the amount of soap and clear coat wax that came out of the spray. They are generous with the products here, which is why I will probably keep coming back here to give my car a wash. Also, if you don't know yet, make sure you use the spot free rinse in the end. I always do this with other self service car washes and I can drive off without drying my car and I won't get water spots. I experimented not doing it once to see if there was a difference, and my car ended up with nasty water spots. The vacuum cleaners are unfortunately not able to be used with a credit card so make sure to have cash on hand. There's an exchange machine to get the dollar coins required for the vacuum cleaners. All in all, this place is a great find for our car washing needs. Thank you!!
