A bad movie script[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. 20 mins later car was washed and vacuumed. Windows windexed. They didn't get some of the schmutz on the seats. So - like I said. It was fine. Had excellent and awesome service today and the waxed car makes it feel like new. Small rear dent in my tailgate was fixed by Big Joe and doesn't even feel like it was there. Facility: Well kept and maintained facility and the waiting area was nice. Lots of snacks if you get hungry or thirsty. Value: Great value for the service I received (dent removal was more than reasonable and didn't kill my bank account). My wife is using the monthly car wash service and is loving it. Thought I would try different car wash Got the 49$ car wash package. Basically took like 10 minutes, thought it was fast but when I got home noticed back f car still had dust on window and dirt still attached to car. Inside looked the same as when I brought it in. Drivers side had wired spot that wouldn't wipe of as well as another grease spot on lower driver door.I would expect it from a 19.99 deal or something, but not 50$. (1 star) This was a waste of time and gas. I drove from Palos Verdes to Red Carpet Car Wash in Manhattan Beach based on the reviews, specifically so I wouldn't have to clean my car myself. Instead, I ended up cleaning it after they did. I waited about 10 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I clearly asked for all sand to be vacuumed and asked the manager to remove an old window sticker. Both were acknowledged.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I got home, there was sand still left in multiple areas: the driver footwell, rear driver-side area, passenger seat, and trunk. The car wash was not busy, so this wasn't due to volume. The sunroof was left hazy with cleaning product not fully wiped off. There was also cleaning residue left on the windshield wiper switch, the tire shine was uneven, and sticker residue was still left behind. I even tipped the attendant $20, and still had to re-vacuum and re-clean my car at home, which defeats the entire purpose of coming here. If I were ever to consider returning, it would only be if they offered at least a full detail to make up for the inconvenience. I also have photos documenting all of this. I had a really disappointing experience here and would strongly recommend going elsewhere. I brought my car in for a standard cleaning and was told it would take some time but three hours later, my car was returned to me looking essentially the same as when I dropped it off. The exterior still had visible dirt and splash marks, and the interior was barely touched. Nothing was properly wiped down, surfaces were still dusty, and overall it looked like no real effort had been made. What was even more frustrating was being told that the splash marks on the sides of my car were from "cement" or "dirt" that I had driven through, and that they couldn't remove it without charging me an additional $300. That didn't sit right with me. I ended up going to another car wash down the street immediately after, and they removed those same marks with no issue--and confirmed it was not concrete. Also worth noting: I have two car seats in the back, so I understand there are areas that may be harder to access--but that doesn't explain why even the front of the car was left uncleaned. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. The service was slow, the quality was poor, and the explanation given felt misleading. I won't be returning and would advise you to not go anywhere near this place if you're looking for a good quality car wash. read more

I have had my car washed here 3 times now and can NOT RECOMMEND. All the employees are friendly enough and the facility is modern & clean. But the $50 standard car wash does not get your car clean! They are fast but that doesn't matter if my car is still dirty. I had to spend 20 minutes finishing the job when I got home! There were water spots, crumbs on the seat, dust on the dash controls & screen and the back window was streaked. Something I didn't notice till it got dark and I could barely see thru the glare. When you include the time spent waiting in line to the wash and dry it's more efficient to go to a drive thru car wash and finish it myself. At least the car will be clean!! I gave them multiple chances to do a good job but no more! I'm giving 1Star because, after $50 and almost an hour of my time, my car was still dirty. read more

Literally every time I come to this car wash, I leave with a dirty car, especially interior. The only time my car wasn't dirty inside afterwards, is when my car ended up with a scratch on the bumper instead--which I only caught right after when I got home. After a year of going here found out their guide track ground down the inside of my wheels and damaged the sidewall of my tires (driver side, front and back). I've always passed by here and have been wanting to bring my truck for a few months. I finally decided to come by last Friday around 11am. The facilities looked clean and everyone was nice so I thought it would be a great experience and maybe my new stop for washes. However it turned out to be one of the worst quality washes I've ever had. After paying more than $50 dollars, I got left with a truck that I still ended up having to wash and clean thoroughly myself. The wash itself is bare mimimim and did not leave on any type of shine/wax protection. The employee after did not take any care in drying any remaining water spots. My windows and interior were left barely touched also. It's been 10 years since my last review. I left all car washes because I had a convertible VW Cabrio and hand washed it myself. Fast forward, I sold that car and bought a new 2024 Lexus and returned to Red Carpet car wash. I'll have to say that I was not as happy with their service as I was 10 years ago. The prices jumped way up (which is not a problem if they did a good job). I literally had to walk around my car pointing this and that out til I was satisfied. There was bird poop still stuck to my car and windshield. It's just basic things that you would expect to be cleaned. I will continue to go back and I will continue to make sure it's done right. I just hope that management would take surveys to make sure their customers are satisfied. Aside from that... they took the Ms. Pac-Man game away, Is the coffee still there?
