Recently, I had both of my bathrooms backing up into each other. Turned out I needed to have the plumbing underneath completely redone, which was a pretty big project. This is the first bathroom remodel I've ever done in my home so I was pretty nervous at finding an honest & reliable construction company. Josh came out and went over what the whole process would look like, and gave me an estimated timeframe. I'm a perfectionist so I went over exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. If your thinking about a remodel of a bathroom, kitchen or your whole house Manifest Construction is the place to go! Josh and his crew remodeled our whole house and we couldn't be happier! Right off the bat we challenged Josh with doing our remodel in phases. I had just recently retired and couldn't afford to be out of house for the remodel so it was completed in 3 phases. The first phase was our kitchen, dining room, living room and the front bathroom. On this phase we demolished these areas and completely turned our kitchen around. His crew removed a wall between our kitchen and living room which really opened up those areas. We swapped our sink and gas stove to other sides of the room which entailed moving water and gas lines. This was were we learned our sewer lines (which were over 60 years old) needed to be replaced which they did seamlessy. Not the news you want to hear on the first day of your project but I'm glad we found it. I have a saying tell me what I need to hear and not what I want to hear and Josh lives by that same rule. He could have just kept going but he knew if we didn't replace it now he'd be back in a few years to tear up what they completed to replace it then. He called in for a video inspection of the sewer line from the back of the house to the front and called me in to view the inspection real time. I'm so glad he did because it convinced me to have this line replaced now. Once the first phase was done he and his crew started on the second phase which was our 4 bedrooms and master bathroom. Again these were completely demolished. With our 2 bathrooms being back to back he was challenged with giving us one working bathroom while he was remodeling the other one. He had some challenges doing that but they got it done perfectly. His team was here to almost midnight the night before he demolished the other bathroom to make sure we had a working bathroom. In these rooms we added canned lights, ceiling fans, mirrored wardrobe doors and new carpet. The bathroom was turned around 180 degrees and they added a bench as well. The last phase was the garage (man cave/she shed). They completely drywalled the walls and ceilings, reinforced the ceiling so we had storage space above the garage and installed a window. He installed an attic ladder in the ceiling so we could have easy access to that space. We also had the garage floor epoxy coated and installed a soft water system as well. I can't thank Josh enough (and his right hand man/foreman Carlos) for the job they did. Not only did they do remodel but he also helped with coordination of all the purchase of appliances, flooring (tile, carpet and wood floors) and miscellaneous fixtures around the house. In addition when we weren't sure on some things he was able to provide guidance by showing us pictures of projects he completed to guide us on our decisions. We have a completely new house! We recently had Manifest Construction & Design remodel part of our home, including a major bathroom update and a brand-new laundry room -- and we honestly couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. From day one, the team was super easy to work with. They helped us design spaces that not only look amazing but are also way more functional than before. These guys can sell ice to an Eskimo. The work ethic and product produced is by far the worst I have ever seen and experienced in my life ! I'd rather hire contractors from Temu or SHEIN than to ever have these guys work on a project ever again. Josh and Jason are masterminds at manipulating their customers. They blame each other when something goes wrong and they both talk mad crap about each other (trust me I have the proof both in writing and audio) Not to mention they owe me a lot of money. For some months I had been getting a sewage smell from my shower drain. The smell had progressively gotten worse over time. I figured I had a leak from a pipe under the house. So I finally decided to contact my homeowners insurance. The insurance agent gave me a list of recommended plumbers to call. I called and scheduled an appointment with one of the recommended companies. The plumbers came out, crawled under the house and told me that the shower pan was leaking and that the whole shower was going to have to be redone. This was not what I wanted to hear considering the shower was built from the ground up about 5 years prior (not by manifest construction) during a remodel. To make matters worse, the shower pan was not covered under my insurance plan so I would have to pay out of pocket for the whole thing. So next began the most difficult part of the process, finding a reputable contractor to do the work. I was recommended manifest construction through a friend of mine. I looked through their instagram page and their work looked pretty impressive so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Josh who was very professional. He told me that they would be able to come out the very next day to asses the situation and give me a quote. The next day they showed up right on time. They inspected the shower and they asked to access the crawl space because they wanted to make sure that the shower pan was actually the issue. They didn't want to just go off of what the plumbers had told me. When they crawled out from under the house they told me that it was not what the previous company had told me was leaking. They even took pictures and videos (which the previous people did not do). Turned out to be a cracked pipe. They told me that the shower did not have to be torn down and redone. That was such a relief. The icing on the cake was that they were actually able to fix it right then and there. They did have to go to the local hardware store to pick up some parts but they had the pipe repaired in a matter of hours. They even took videos after the repair so I could see that the leak was fixed. They saved me so much money! I'm so grateful for their honesty. They easily could have just done the whole shower remodel and not told me that it was an easy fix. I will definitely be using them for my next upcoming projects. read more

Where do I start...Josh and his roofing/plumbing team were amazing! We were in desperate need of a new roof and thought it was going to be a big hassle but it wasn't, at all. The team completed our job in 4 days without any problems. There were some unforeseen issues but Josh had all of them taken care, even though the costs were not included in the original quote. Our roof looks amazing, we're so happy. We also had some much needed bathroom plumbing done by Josh's team and it was completed within a day...no problems. This review is for Joshua @ Manifest Construction for the remodel work his team did on my bathroom and laundry room. Almost daily when I go into the room, see the incredible tile work, and relax in the jacuzzi tub I feel a sense of appreciation. The entire process of working with Joshua and the team was relatively easy and an amazing value. He showed up on time for appointments, gave a great bid and honored this agreement throughout the entire remodel, never trying to nickel and dime us or negotiate the amount. He also finished the work in the promised timeframe, which was remarkable as he did this job during the middle of the pandemic when every other remodel project in our neighborhood was taking months to even a year or more over the original time estimate to complete. The job Joshua and his team did at my house was complicated. They converted a 1/2 bath to a full bath with tiles covering all walls. They also redid a laundry room moving all fixtures and electrical and installing cabinets and granite countertops throughout. The work turned out beautifully and three years later is holding up and still looks brand new. One reason I feel Joshua was able to provide such a great value was that his team is partially composed of top craftsmen who work for another company and then did my project in the afternoon after they had finished at their primary job site.
