i have never written a review comment before. I leave a good star if I like a vendor, and leave it at that. I walked into Manisha Jewellers and asked for lockable hooks for a gold chain whose 'S' shaped hook had broken. I asked about how long it would take for them to make the repairs. Even as the store guy started to respond, the lady owner interjected and said a bit rudely it would cost $91 and 4 days. Since I was traveling 2 days later, I responded with a thank you and turned towards the door. She raised her volume up and said $91 is final, and to show her the chain. I was taken aback but I noticed the guy grinning at the lady's audacity in conducting business and getting customers by her stern non-negotiable tone. What do the owners think of themselves ? They feel customers in the Sunnyvale area are so limited in choice that business is a guaranteed anyway, so why bother with being polite. Please boycott this store. read more

One of the best jewelry in Sunnyvale. They have a very beautiful collection, very modern and unique. Last month I bought the necklace and Aram in this jewelry shop. Later My husband didn't like that. I called them to exchange. They did it without any extra charge even though that day price was little high. They are awesome. Their jewelry quality also excellent. I went to Manisha's Jewelers today to purchase two pearls and piece of gold for a family member's funeral services tomorrow. There were about 15 customers all wearing masks and the Jewelers were also wearing masks. While patiently waiting, one of the Jewelers asked me if I needed something while he was allowing other customers to view their choices. Customers looked very happy with their new investments. I stepped toward the Jeweler to tell him my shopping list. Then teamwork ensued. The other Jeweler carefully chose individual pearls. She displayed compassion for my situation. She located a piece of gold and put it with the pearls in a bag. She indicated these were for the temple, and offered blessings for me and my grieving family. This simple act of kindness, teamwork and compassion during such a busy time at their store brought tears to my eyes. I offered blessings for their kindness and they humbly accepted. The selection of jewelry was vast, high quality and beautiful. The simplicity of what I was shopping for didn't deter the Jewelers from showing me kindness, even though there was a baby crying in the background, and plenty of chatter in their store. Read mixed reviews and was not so confident before stepping in to store. There was so much crowd which even worried me (People were with masks but still) . They have very good collection (They get stuff from inside if you ask as they have more collection than what they show in display). The Only suggestion is, You be Patient (So as store owners are) and they bring the best stuff to you. I went to few fancy stores before going here but collection here is way better than other stores. I love golden jewelleries. This is will be my third visit this shop. I wouldn't bother much to write review but something happened my last visit that made me write this review. I bought a ring 3 days back but for some reason it was not fitting my finger properly. So I wanted to exchange it. Unfortunately I have lost the bill. I thought there will be exchange, stop I just called them to ask about my condition. The owner agreed to exchange the ring without the bill, he said he's has a copy of my bill and he can find it. I went there immediately with a happy smile and to my surprise he not only helped me to choose my favorite one but also gave back the money by comparing both the rings weight which I didn't expect at all. Thats was rwally awesome since most indian store never gives back money in this type of situation. I would have given 5 stars but its true apart from an old lady who really don't understand the meaning of customer service as she never greets with a smile, all others are very welcoming. If I could give negative stars, I would. We bought 3 gold chains with pendants and paid over $3000. There was only one used by me and the two were gifts so don't know if others used them. My chain broke in 2 months of use. When I went back to get it fixed, they said no warranty on gold. My husband and his dad went to buy this so they didn't care to get hallmark receipt. They don't even give receipts just a small piece of. Hope tax guys are on the lookout for such frauds. VERY POOR QUALITY and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not WASTE money here. Before visiting I decided to give the store a call to check for their hours. The first conversation itself felt very warm! Upon visit we were quickly helped out by the owner couple. The store seemed busy and had a wait line. Since they knew the store gets crowded there were good arrangements done for covid distancing measures. I personally loved the collection they had. I ended up liking the thread and pendant of two different ones. The lady promptly got them exchanged without any additional charges. I felt they had pretty reasonable prices. We purchased bracelet for my daughter. Within six months the bracelet is broken. I went to the store to ask them if they can fix it. And the store owner started saying if you buy a lesser weight gold jewellery, it will break. He didn't even see the bracelet and assumed the weight :-(. and he started arguing so loudly and rudely. We went here a couple of weekends ago on a Saturday afternoon, "needed" to score a couple of 22k gold chains ... btw., only an Indian person would say "I 'need' not 10k, not 14k, nor 18k--only 223k," I mean it sounds so diva-ish and out of tune with the suffering on the planet. But no joke: we had to buy a few gifts and of all the dozen or more gold merchants in this town and on El Camino Real, we happenstance and stumbled on this unassuming little place, perched inside a strip mall, of all places. I did not have high hopes and sat in the car while my husband waited in a medium sized line to get in. Yup, you heard that right: there was a line. When we went in, again not high hopes--a modest place, but my husband whispered to me that he could hear the people behind the counter speaking Gujarati, the language of my people, lol :-) Well, my ears and heart perked right up. The gentleman came over and we began to yap in Gujarati--I felt so right at home, but still skeptical about what he was going to be able to show me. Well, damn. It was like being in Ali Baba's cave or Aladdin's magic lamp rubbing all of the place. Strand after gold strand, and more came out, glittering and gleaming ropes of every conceivable thickness, design, length. Wow. Who would've guessed that behind the modest little humble exterior and interior there lies a treasure of riches? I trusted the guy, e.g. he meticulously weighed the gold (we'd done our homework about the price of gold that day), and took into account the workmanship that went into the pieces we bought. They ended up being the perfect modern gifts, a mixture of 22k yellow and white gold 20"  foxtail super thick for a pendant, and also a modern Tiffany style gold loop 18" with massive lobster clasp. We had such a tremendous warm friendly sweet rapport with the gentleman, odd maybe to say but I'd go back in a heartbeat for the customer service alone. Love love love, cannot recommend highly enough for everything they stand for. If you're in the market for some pure 22k gold--white, yellow, rose, with or without diamonds and gems, this is definitely your ticket. If I could give negative stars, I would.  Their product is very very poor quality. They do not stand behind their product too. Bought ear-ring and in less than three weeks, it broke. Took the jewelry back and they told me that they do not exchange AND to top of it, they would charge me $30 to fix it . The earring was only $45. Go figure if its worth it. During the sale, they made promises that they have high quality product and it would not break or tarnish. The lady and the guy both were very rude with no manners. The necklace was broken within 8 months of purchase without even wearing it for more than 3 times. At the time of buying the owner told that they offer life time warranty. But when I called for replacement they said they never offer lifetime warranty. In my view this is purely cheating customers who trust and buy things from this store. The WORST kinda shopping experience you can ever have. If you are shopping for jewelry, you are bound to be spending a significant amount of money. You deserve a decent experience. Avoid this place !!! Oh my- An agglomeration of rude, most irascible sales people you can ever meet !!! No exaggeration here. They are very impatient and keep putting away stuff even before you're done. They are very reluctant to show you stuff even though their display area is so small. And think twice before you make your purchase. If ever, it were to break, bend or need any kind of repair- they're super expensive , you have to put up with the mean folks again and no returns. If you go back for an exchange, they will slap a 33% "making charge" fee on your transaction !!! For $426 ornament gold we wanted to exchange, they asked a $150 "making charge" fee deduction !!!! Yesterday, I asked the lady if they carried any gold "jhumka" style ear rings. To that , she snapped " I don;t know. You look around". Isn't this your store, hello ?
