Was sent by my project mgr/designer to check out the colors of the concrete. Showroom was upstairs. I looked around. Really pretty wall of colors to choose from. So many options in all shades, light to dark (see my pics). Went back down as I had questions and no one was upstairs. Spoke to Derrick and he was so nice. He apologized for no one helping upstairs, but honestly, I like to look around on my own first and then speak with someone. Derrick walked with us back upstairs and I showed him what I wanted. He got Kelan right away to help us with samples. He was nice too. You can get them for $5 each, return for credit towards your purchase or money back. Jeremiah helped us at the desk. He was nice too. I created an account. When I got home I called the store because they didn't have a sample I wanted (Calm White). Spoke to Zack and he was nice and helpful. They were very attentive and super knowledgeable with the products they sold. With the prices they gave, we decided to set up a business account with them. The paint we got worked like a charm. Since we came in last week, we have ordered close to 40 gallons of paint from them. They even offered to make a delivery to our work location because we were running behind. These days great customer service doesn't happen so often so it's a breathe of fresh air to get it with these guys at PPG.
