Our house is quite old and a lot of the beams and sidings were not in good shape. Painting them involved replacing several sections or patching old work in order for the paint to adhere and look good. Miguel and his foreman expertly and independently solved each problem that came up, but brought options to me when necessary. Very clear and easy to work through. They really treated the work as if they were doing it for their own home. The end result is an incredible looking job that exceeded even my high expectations. The only little hiccup I could make a suggestion for in the future is just knock to let the owner know when you need to paint the door trim as my dogs really wanted to run out the door as soon as it swung open. Well, the stain on the fence didn't really last that long at all. Almost as if they didn't apply enough coats Cesar was quick to address this and we agreed to cover the material. I thought it was a reasonable compromise, more than reasonable in fact and highlighted the kind of business person Cesar is. Unfortunately, for the french door one of the issues they were hired to fix was to repair some warping that they advised could be fixed and repaint the surface. Which they did. Unfortunately, the area quickly showed signs that it wasn't fully repaired so Cesar sent someone to check it out and he agreed to repair it again. Unfortunately, he never sent anyone out to check it out again even though he agreed to. The door still has the issue. The other issue I mentioned to him was one of the fences. He advised that one section of fence that was painted on white and sealed would last for several years. Unfortunately within a year it started to crack. I let him know about it, he advised he would come out and check it but didn't. I followed up and didn't hear back. Today, about 1.5 years later the fence is literally peeling and needs to be completely repainted again far earlier than it should be. Maybe the two issues just happened to be rare challenging issues. Who knows, but what I do know is I have one issue I paid for that was never really fixed and another that I paid for that barely lasted a year before it started to deteriorate and now I need to invest in getting it repaired again.

Not Cesar. He has a lead abatement certification from the EPA and he did it right. He and his crew showed up in their white hazmat suits and thoroughly removed the lead paint from our house.
