Unfortunately, I was given a short, round bob with no shape or style, and it looked nothing like the reference I provided. I waited several months, hoping it would improve as it grew out, but my hair is now growing in different directions and is extremely difficult to manage. I cannot properly blow-dry or flat-iron it, and I now have to pay another stylist to correct the haircut. I believe the stylist was the salon owner, Christina During my appointment, she seemed to be dealing with personal issues and had a noticeably negative attitude, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. There was very little communication throughout the service. I normally do not leave complaints, but I have given this a lot of time and patience. Unfortunately, the haircut was uneven, unflattering, and completely different from what I requested. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the condition my hair was left in.

Not only that but my hair did not feel healthy when i left. My hair was very very frizzy with really damaged ends i eventually went elsewhere to get my hair done right and corrected since these people can't do it. I have thick long hair that's naturally black, I love it to be as blonde as it will go! She's helped me maintain the health of my hair, and get me to the perfect shade of blonde.
