Support family owned, local businesses! There's a promo going on until end of January where you get a free donut for buying a drink. For those that are lactose intolerant, they have soda or redbull drinks but everything else is made with milk. I wanted the promo so ordered a number 5 rose lavender soda & received a blueberry donut. I cannot justify a $7.50 (sprite canned mixed with rose syrup) and honestly the blueberry donut reminded me of a blueberry cake mix but in a donut form. Sadly their prices are higher by about 50 cents from other shops. I do like their hours of operation from 4:30 to 5 pm and that they have a food menu too.

Came in to grab a treat while I waited for my car to get washed. Got a maple donut that I devoured. It was fluffy and perfect, I could have eaten a dozen. Also tried their strawberry smoothie with boba. It reawakened my love for boba. 10/10 recommend.

It is nice to have a donut shop in the area. The chocolate old fashioned donut was very crisp, which is a plus for me personally. The donut holes and the strawberry glazed donut were average. I appreciate that they are open later than most donut shops and look forward to trying their drinks! They also have Korean street food which is unique for a donut shop. Service was friendly.

We ordered a "velvet" (taro+thai tea) with boba and a strawberry milk with strawberry boba. Also ordered a fruity pebbles macaron and a strawberry cheesecake macaron. First of all, the drinks were delicious. Cold and creamy and not 90% ice which was a huge plus. I felt like we got more drink than ice and I highly appreciate that. The strawberry milk drink tasted like it was mixed with real strawberry pieces. The velvet drink was the perfect blend of taro and Thai tea. All in all, both had great flavor. My only complaint, the size of the drink- it's pretty small. But it's also about normal for these kinds of drinks so it's to be expected. My daughter liked the macaron cookies (they are a favorite of hers). I've never been a fan of those kinds of cookies but I tried them and they were tasty. Of all the ones I've tried, they definitely make top 2. We will definitely be back.

They have a very large choice of coffees, lattes, and of course, teas, which is their name. They also have non-dairy drinks, and mochi donuts. You walk in, and you order on the kiosk. I've made my love for Vietnamese coffee well-known here, so today, I had the nutty OG Vietnamese, iced coffee, which is a hazelnut coffee. I could've paid for extras, like Boba pearls in my coffee, but I just had the coffee. The price was reasonable. It was very good. It had that usual "kick" of the Vietnamese coffee, which I do love, and the hazelnut gave it a nice mellow taste. It was not overly sweet, the two flavors played together just right. As is my bad habit, one sip, and I tore right into that drink without taking a picture. The price was reasonable. I like this place. I'll be back. Thank you!

I wasn't expecting this location to be tucked inside the small plaza with SF Supermarket, but it ended up being a nice surprise. The whole area feels like a cozy, authentic little Asian hub, and after grocery shopping at SF, it's almost impossible to resist grabbing a sweet treat on the way out. That's exactly what I did for my most recent visit. This was my first time stopping by this specific location, but I've always had pleasant experiences at their other spots in downtown and South Sac. What stood out to me here was how quaint and quiet it felt. It wasn't very busy when I stopped by, and seating is limited--just a few tables--so it's more of a relaxed grab-and-go kind of place. Ordering is done through a kiosk, which clearly displays the full menu. I usually stick to their milk teas and signature drinks rather than straight teas so I can't speak for this. This time I ordered the mung bean pandan latte, which I've tried before at the other locations, and It tasted exactly how I expected--flavorful and enjoyable. Picked up the brown sugar cookies & cream for my teenage son (he finished it super fast!!). They also had a small selection of mochi donuts, and I tried a few. While they were good, the flavors weren't labeled on the sign, so I had to ask the employee which was which. They were creatively named (i.e. "Valentine's Gift" or "Jade Dragon" but that doesn't provide a description of the flavor). Thankfully, the staff was friendly and helpful. Customer service here was what I'd call the perfect balance: I was greeted when I walked in, and the staff was available when I had questions, but they didn't hover while I was ordering at the kiosk. Overall, I don't really have any major complaints. This is a solid spot to satisfy a boba craving, especially if you're already in the area doing some Asian grocery shopping. Definitely a place I'd consider stopping by again.

The halo halo was layered with all the usual "mix mix" ingredients, and topped with a big scoop of soft and creamy ube ice cream. It was delicious! The chicken inasal was a good portion, served with rice, a side of cucumber, tomato, onion, and a vinegar dip. So good and comforting. My husband liked his calamansi drink. It's a bit out of the way for me, but well worth it if you're in the area or passing through. There's plenty of parking in their lot and there were other businesses in the plaza. I was greeted right away and the team here was really friendly. There were some items that weren't available, but they let me know about some favorites and specials. I wanted to order everything but ended up getting the Longsilog ($16.99), Palabok ($14.98), Pork Lumpia ($6.49), Golden Calamansi drink ($6.88), Muscat Verde drink ($6.68), and the Turon Matcha Latte ($11.32). It took a but for everything to be ready, but they packed it up nicely for my to-go order and I was on my way. The food didn't make it far, I had to try the lumpia right away while it was fresh and crispy and it was delicious. Exactly what I'm looking for in pork lumpia. I would order this anytime I visit. Once I got to my destination I tried the rest of the items. For some reason the straws did not want to puncture the plastic lids on the drinks so I had to puncture it with my keys- it was a bit comical trying to puncture the drink top with the straw and just destroying the straws... luckily I managed in the end. The drinks were very refreshing and perfect for our hot summer days. I gifted the Turon Matcha Latte to someone else who said it was sweet but good. I liked the Longsilog a lot, the sausages were delicious, juicy with a hint of sweetness, and the eggs were perfectly cooked. I wish the rice had a stronger garlic flavor- it's one of my favorite parts of the filipino plate meals. The Pancit Palabok was tasty and I liked the shrimp and eggs on top. After trying this though, I think I prefer Pancit Bihon, although the sauciness of the palabok would be great when you're looking for something savory and comforting. I'll definitely continue exploring the menu and I'm excited for my next visit.

The mochi donuts are definitely on the pricier side, but the taste and quality absolutely justify it. These aren't something I could ever recreate at home, so I don't mind treating myself here when I can. Sometimes regular donuts just can't compare. I do wish they were a bit cheaper -- but I understand why they're priced the way they are. One thing I really like is that they rotate flavors regularly. You might not see the same selection every visit, but there's always enough variety that you're bound to find something you'll enjoy. They also occasionally offer discounts and have a rewards program you can sign up for, which helps bring the price down after you build up points -- definitely worth it if you're a repeat customer. Beyond the donuts, they also serve Korean corn dogs and a fun drink selection. My husband is a big fan of their Baja Blast lemonade because it's perfectly sour, and I've tried several of their other drinks that were also really good, including their milk tea and spring drinks. For the corn dogs, there are lots of topping options, but the Hot Cheeto one is my personal favorite. The shop itself is small and quaint, so there isn't much seating -- just a few spots by the windowpane -- so I usually grab my donuts to go. It works perfectly as a quick treat stop rather than a dine-in place. Customer service here has always been friendly and consistent. The staff is patient, accurate with orders, and helpful when you have questions. I never feel rushed or pressured while ordering. Parking is also easy since it's in the same lot as KP Market, with plenty of spaces -- so again, it's a perfect dessert stop, especially after grocery shopping. 85°C Bakery is also right next door but they tend to be busy which deters me from visiting -- it's more peaceful for me to stop by Mochinut where customers just stop by, pick up their donuts and go instead of mingling around. Honestly, I can't really complain about this place at all -- other than wishing prices were lower -- and it's been a reliable treat spot for years.

This is where you'll find "Dream Tea" in the Rosemont neighborhood in Sacramento. Located in a small strip mall directly off of Bradshaw Rd and tucked in between Old Placerville Rd and Goethe Rd, this place has been serving up delicious beverages dating back to early-2024. Since then, they have been offering a ton of options on their menu including milk teas, fruit teas, coffees, matcha drinks, smoothies, and slushies. The combinations are quite endless as you can customize the level of sweetness in your drink if you choose in watching your sugar levels. They even offer quite a few snacks that include egg rolls, popcorn chicken, potstickers, and much more. The interior layout is very well-lit, inviting, and cheerful with bright neon lights in various areas, a sleek backsplash that adds to the upscale look, a comfy white loveseat for relaxing, and a few small tables just in case you choose to stay for your visit. There are two very easy to read digital menu boards and a very cool white marbled flooring. Much of the music that was playing included quite a bit of trendy Gen-Z tunes; top 40, hip-hop, EDM, and pop music. And just a heads up, they do not offer public restrooms nor do they offer any outdoor seating. The ordering process is simple as you can place your order ahead at https://order.online/store/drevm-tea-27631334 or order it the old school way by going inside and having an employee assist you. I chose to order mine when I arrived as I like to ask their opinion for what recommendations are the more popular. Since I was enjoying my weekend (on Saturday 5/16/2026 at around 3:15pm), I was craving a sweet beverage to elevate my day. I finally settled with their "Caramel Matcha Milk Tea" (priced at a reasonable $6.50). I opted for only 25% sweetness as I didn't want to go too overboard on my sugar intake. Within 5 minutes, my drink was ready and provided with a very cool plastic cup with their business name on it and a sealed film on top to prevent any leakage. As for the overall taste and consistency, I thoroughly enjoyed the hybrid blend of matcha, tea, and caramel all infused in the milk. With as extensive as their menu options are, this is the type of place where you can go to every day for several months and still not get through their entire lineup. All in all, "Dream Tea" is an excellent family-owned business if you're not looking to deal with parking and crowds at the more popular spots. My rating, a respectable four stars.
