if you are sleeping on this place, you're making a big mistake. This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley and it's nestled right in the center of Tarzana. Easy access parking in a back parking lot or meter right at the front. The customer service here is always super great. The ambience here is so beautiful with handcrafted arts on the walls and handcrafted seating to enjoy your meal on. The first indication this was not what we were expecting was that there was no one in the restaurant at 1:15pm on a Saturday. Wait person spilled water on the table and we had to ask for her to come back to clean it. Love their food my new go to for authentic Mexican food. Only one thing is that I had a question and there was no one that spoke English good. But the owner did call me and I had questions about the menue item I received. Another thing they need to change is some of their discription of their items and the photos attached. Wow so disappointing to see how much their service went down. No one is at the front and they really have a sign where you have the ring a bell for someone to come assist you? I rang the bell twice and it took them 10 mins for someone to come out . A lady came out looking irritated and said "can i help you??" with such an attitude and I'm like well can I order food?
