I called my roadside assistance and got the spare put in, then drove to the nearby Jensen to see how they could help (and how promptly). They were able to help me immediately at 1:30pm on a Thursday and the job was done fairly quickly (30-40 mins) for which I sat in their waiting room and watched cable tv (the luxury of being the only customer waiting around). The customer center is clean, well lit, and doesn't smell like a car shop. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to others in need of a patch job or tire change.

That is just to figure out what is wrong and not part of what the repair will cost you. Now, I understand that they can't just waste their time chasing codes for free, but yes that was a little steep. I paid it because I needed my car repaired, and I really do like them. That being said, they now charge $253 to diagnose a check engine light. I just cannot afford to pay $250 simply to walk in the door before the repair pricing even begins, so I have had no choice but to take my car repair business elsewhere. They do a fantastic job, the techs are wonderful, the repairs have been good, but they have priced me out of being able to take my car to them. I do recommend them if you can afford them because they do good work. Just be prepared for the price.

After emailing me 3000 times after booking the appointment, I never received a receipt explaining the extra charge. When I got home I noticed my center caps were all bent in the same place. I called. I had to replace not only the center caps, but all my lugs because they used an impact (with no extension hence the dents) and rounded several of them off. A bear to remove. I took my car there one time to get work done and I recommended doing something else to car and they asked, "why?"
