We visited the Somerville branch by Rt 22. A sales associate, Amy, promptly attended to us. To boost the service even more, Amy involved Ari who quickly informed us that Blinds to Go will repair our blinds at no cost. I was surprised that the company sincerely meant a lifetime warranty when we bought it, more than 2 decades ago. We didn't have to buy a new one. So, I returned to the store to bring in the old and damaged blinds. When the time came to pick up the repaired blinds, Ali, another excellent sales associate, processed the papers, and gave me an extra corner bracket and some clips. I was out of the store in no time. I hired a dryer vent company and they charged me $120.05 but said the vent is 95% clean. I called again and they made an adjustment. The company that installed it was Lowes installer. I said I took off a total of 5 days from work. I only asked Lowes to pay me for the dryer vent cleaning and they refused. I ended up paying much more money and time from work than if I used another company. I will never buy anything from lowes

To avoid them discontinuing the floor we purchased, I asked them to measure the whole house, including the dining room and kitchen, so I'd have the flooring on hand when we were ready to redo that part of the house. The installers are here now, and Lumber Liquidators didn't order enough material. On top of the large bill they already gave me, I now have to pay even more out of pocket because they failed to order enough for the whole house. Conveniently, their regional managers don't speak to customers. SCAM!
