Waiting in the door area to get a seat. Hangry:)

A late breakfast at a new spot for us! Let's get into it! It was before 1130a. (not much), and this lovely place was JUMPING! For 2, it was only a 10-15min wait so no complaints there. Because it was literally wall to wall people inside. Some were waiting outside. Let's talk food and drink: Now if you are looking for an adult sip with your eggs, this isn't that kind of place. But, do not allow that to turn you away from the goodies in-store. I was excited as this was my first time. I started with coffee. Hot and I was READY hot and ready. Lol My Order: Build-a-Breakfast. This allows you to pick a carb:) And then select your meat. Easy peasy right!? Indeed. -Banana nut French Toast -Bacon -Eggs came with the building of this meal:) The food came out quick-I likie The first bite had me to stop chewing. I looked at the french toast and it wasn't REALLY french toast. I go back to the menu and read 3 more times what I ordered. Okkkkk...but what I tasted was so much sweeter. Thicker than "french toast." I hadn't even used syrup yet. So I chew and swallow. I promise you, I had been served BANANA BREAD. It was like a cake consistency. Now do not get me wrong-it was VERY flavorful! But my disappointment came due to the fact I honestly didn't want banana bread. I just wanted regular French toast with bananas and nuts. I asked the server about the "bread" and he confirmed it was banana bread and not just regular French toast. I shared that it wasn't stated in the menu as I checked several times. He just asked if I wanted something else. I declined. As it wasn't nasty. It was just cake. I told him it was fine I wanted to be certain. I packed up the banana bread for a treat later in my day and just enjoyed my eggs and bacon. Hubs Order: The BonJour FrenchToast-It was four slices of cinnamon swirl french toast with cinnamon apples, walnuts and raisins. 4 eggs, and an order of sausage links(3). Everything looked great. Everything tasted good. Look, the banana bread really threw me off. I really wished there was a disclaimer( and there wasn't). But it was TASTY (It was a sweet treat around 8p). And the wild thing is I NEVER EAT FRENCH TOAST EVER! And the one time I decide to, I get banana bread - impostor to the French toast my mouth wanted to try. Lol It was fine. I didn't cry...lol. If asked would I come to The Maple House again? Absolutely. It's breakfast people! Simple, easy and yum!

I have found a new favorite breakfast stop yet again . The consistency is very impressive as my past favorites have dropped the ball and never returned to the excellence at the time of their review. The decor is simple and well-done . Wainscot panels provide a country charm . The brassy copper painted duct work is sharp . Not industrial looking and flows overhead well with whirling fans . It's the little things that make the difference. Breakfast sides include French toast, not just the usual pancakes or toast . Their loyalty program is generous. You can bank it or use the rewards right away . It can be crowded on weekends but it's fairly large and the rotation of customers move quickly. There are a few high tops and counter seating in the back . And the usual booths and tables are plentiful. As I said this is my latest go to breakfast cafe . Has never disappointed and only gets better as I search the menu for something different to enjoy .

Steak Chilaquiles Skillet (Belt Buster of a Meal, half left over for later) comes with 3 eggs.

Today I had Dawn as my server who I have had before, she is a very consistent with her service, timing and beverage control, two thumbs up. I had the Irishman Skillet today as well as a bowl of Beef Barley Soup. The soup was very filling as well as delicious and perhaps filled me more than anticipated so I ate only a portion of the skillet. I started out today wanting something that contained Corned Beef Hash and well I found a winner. It was a very rainy and stormy morning so it was rather nice and peaceful inside unlike most days where there is a considerable amount of traffic which is a good thing, it gives you that feeling that everything must be pretty good here that it attracts so many people..!!

Went here for the first time ever! We were in the area and wanted to stop by someplace for breakfast before getting more errands done. First the coffee. I always gotta get a cup of coffee at breakfast joints and this has to be one of the best ones I've had. The waitress always kept my cup filled too! Second is the food. My husband and I split a steak skillet. It was a really big portion so glad we did. Skirt steak was tender and the overall dish was flavorful. We also got a side of fruit, which were fresh slices of pineapple, watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe and orange. I also got a side of English muffin which was OK as well. The vibe was more modern than other breakfast joints I've been to which are typically more like diners. And the restaurant was a lot bigger inside than I thought. Only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star was the plate I was given so that we can split the skillet was kind of dirty. I don't get too grossed out by these things but if anyone else saw it, I know they would be. My husband definitely didn't want to eat off of it. My husband did say they wish they had more spicier options other than the Latino inspired dishes. Overall, good restaurant. Might come back again if I'm in the area.

This is a newer breakfast/ lunch restaurant right in town and I tried it for the first time. Greeted nicely when we walked in and the server was friendly and with us within a few minutes after we sat down. Coffee was fresh and hot! Ordered stuffed waffles and it was delicious. Service was excellent and food came out fast!

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast or lunch with friends and family. Our server, Jenna S., was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick with everything we needed. Even though the restaurant was busy (which is expected on a weekend), she made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. I'd gladly ask for her again on my next visit. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with comfortable indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio. The staff worked together efficiently, and it was clear that management was actively involved and keeping everything running smoothly. For the quality of the food, service, and overall experience, the prices were more than fair. Easily a 10/10--I will definitely be coming back!

I went in for breakfast on a Thursday morning, and ordered a regular coffee with my breakfast. What I got was a watered-down, slightly vegetal tasting, hot beverage that was reminiscent of coffee. The food was very good - creative, well prepared, and large portions. The atmosphere was bright, airy and immaculate. The service, excellent! I'm sorry, I can't get past how bad the coffee was. Hotel room coffee is WAY more palatable than that charade of coffee. If like me, you require a solid cup of coffee to balance your breakfast, DO NOT waste your time there. As for eating there at a non-coffee time, meh. It's called, "Darlene's Breakfast & Brunch". Other places would come to mind first. The bill was fairly priced (even a little lower than expected). Except for the "coffee". $4.00 for that?! They should pay me $4.00 for enduring it. I even gave it a second chance with a refill, after forcing down the first cup, thinking that it might have been a bad pot. Nope! The fresh pot was equally underwhelming. Now that I'm back in the car. I'll need to stop somewhere else for an actual cup of coffee.

Came in on a busy Saturday night after attending another event in the area. The bar was hopping and we snagged the last 2 available seats. At first, it appeared they had 4 bartenders, a manager, and a barback behind the bar. However, other than the barback consistently washing/unloading dishes I am not sure what was going on with the service. Manager was not providing any assistance to his staff. However, he was filling his own water bottle. Other staff were taking selfies with guests. It took awhile to order a second round as well as pay our tab. This was a one and done visit for me.
