My parents had received a quote from a well-known company but after I reviewed their 3 quotes (all of which were pages long) for a panel replacement, I saw the sales tactics straight away. Moath will not attempt to sell you on things you do not need and will not try to confuse you with multiple unnecessary options or pass you around to multiple points of contact. He will know what you need and provide an honest quote. After delivering the quote, he will allow you to make your own decision without constantly texting, emailing or calling for an answer. That is one of the qualities I appreciate as a customer. Upon his arrival he got to work right away. His work is meticulous. His wiring organization is superb, his cuts into the wall were clean & asked us for input on how we would like to run new wires. He answered any questions we had. He is professional, respectful, polite, prompt, trustworthy & efficient. I will also leave this note for you all to read as well because the person who referred me to Moath prefers not to leave online reviews: Moath was called to solve an electrical issue when a big company was not able to figure out. This company charged us $300 for the visit (mind you, they didn't fix anything). I wanted to replace the silicone seal in my master bedroom shower and also seal the grout as the mildew was becoming a weekly chore. Andy arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. We could carry a conversation as if we'd known each other for years. We had an immediate rapport and that's always helpful in a working relationship. Andy got to work right away on the shower and I noticed he had all the right tools for the job. It took several hours, but he worked diligently and quietly and cleaned up afterwards. Ultimately, the shower looks brand new again and I shouldn't have to worry about any further maintenance for another five years. I needed to replace my garbage disposal that was jamming frequently before it was beyond repair. I grabbed the disposal I wanted from Home Depot and Andy came by a couple days later. We had work done coordinating with our septic company to replace a septic alarm. We were charged…read moreover 2,000 for a 3 hour repair because they added on 2 hours of travel time (Maple Valley to Sammamish) to our charges and billed for 2 electricians because Steve and an assistant was along on the job. Most of the time one was working while the other was chatting with the septic repairman. When I called to inquire about how 3 hours of work at 165/hr became 2,000 he said there were "parts and travel charges" and some kind of 600 "parts package". I have no idea what that was for, since the septic company provided the parts - the invoice is blank except the hourly and the total. I was wrong to allow my septic repair to choose the electrician without finding out about the HUGE travel charges and extra fees. Avoid my mistake and don't get conned. Be sure to get a clear estimate before hand to avoid an extra 1,000 in charges like I had to pay. I gave 2 stars because the work appears to be done well.
