I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

Dilapidated fence/barbed wire surround the premises. After my trailer along with 3 others were broken into and the contents robbed, the attitude of the management is that this happens quite often and it's not a big deal to them anymore. They had the "screw you" attitude and didn't even offer a free month or anything for the hassle. I quickly removed my trailer and placed it into another location with much better surveillance and customer service. For $10 more per month you get a lot more security and customer service at other nearby locations. I highly recommend to look at other storage options and skip this place. The single good review here by Megan F. is obviously a fake. The companies response below is also BS. They tell you all the things you want to hear when signing for space. They said they did nightly walking patrols but obviously they don't. They also said their cameras encompass the full property - not even close.
